*Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted
*Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
*This is a non-smoking property
*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
***Security Camera: Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property front and back that will be on during guests stay and cannot be tampered with or damaged while guests are staying at the property.
