Use the private beach access, take a swim in the gulf front swimming pool, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs, stay fit while away from home at the fitness center, play a game of tennis on the lighted tennis court, grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area, or play a game of shuffleboard. Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Visit local attractions close by at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Sea Oats is your ticket to paradise!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A beautifully remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and quartz countertops. This kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals. A separate dining area with seating for six. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a large TV, and a private balcony with direct gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with a king size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We have stayed at sea oats multiple times. This unit is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It is updated and clean. The one suggestion would be a better mattress in the master, it is very hard.

A perfect stay!

Beautiful Beach Stay

Sea Oats Condominium was exactly as stated on the website! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The unit overlooks the pool and is a quick walk to the beach. The location is out of the highlights but a short drive all of Destin’s fun!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Beach is beautiful and super easy to get to and from. Pool was big, and even had a hot tub! Condo was totally remodeled with everything updated and modern. Great location and a better alternative to busy Destin.

These guys know hospitality. They are always there to help. Such a great place to stay, close to the beach. Pool is not heated btw!

This was a great property in a great location. The pool was nice and easy access to the beach. Evenings were quiet but close enough to the pier that my older daughter and her friend could walk. Highly recommend this place! *Advertised as one full and one twin in the 2nd bedroom, but it was two twins. Did have a pull out couch for my younger daughter.

Great place!

We have stayed at Sea Oats many times over the years and we’ll definitely book this unit again in the future! Clean, comfortable unit with a great beachy vibe. Only thing I will do next time is bring my own sheets. The fitted sheet did not fit and kept popping off all 4 edge at night.

Excellent beach vacation

We loved our stay at 504 Sea Oats! The condo is clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and shower had great water pressure! There were toiletries, soap, paper towels and toilet paper all included! Kitchen was well appointed with dishes, appliances, and silverware! There were no pool tools, games, or spices, but that wasn’t a big deal…we just bought some at Alvin’s down the street! Excellent location!

Beautiful View

We really enjoyed our stay. Great vacation! The weather was a bit cool but the view from the balcony was breathtaking. One of the added amenities that I loved was the beach service. Each morning we claimed our chairs and we were able to go back and forth without worrying where we would sit or dragging blankets and chairs to the beach. The beach towels were really nice to have. We have no complaints.

The condo units are aging but decent. My only gripe is fir what you pay you think the housekeeping staff woukd do better. The day we checked in we had mop the floor because our feet turned black. The mop bucket hadnt been used in who knows when because covwebs and the bottom was civer ed in dirt
