Our stay was great from booking to checking out! The host had quick and friendly communication. The house was perfect for our group of families staying together. The house was clean, spacious, the pool was warm for the kids. We used the grill for dinner, the kitchen was well stocked and had all our needs. House is tucked in a cul-da-sac which was nice. House was minutes from the baseball fields we were staying at, it was perfect! Will definitely book again when we play at the same fields. Thank you to a great host and home!

Easy Place to Stay.

Stay was easy and a great space to get some work done, visit with friends and have a little time to relax. Close enough to all that was needed with stores and restaurants.

Check in was amazing. The host allowed early entry which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a lot of fun. Location was perfect. The kitchen has 3 coffee makers and several pans that need replacing and limited kitchen utensils. There were no hot pads and we were given only one dish towel. There was no body wash in the container in the master bath. All the rugs in the bathrooms and kitchen looked like they were old or had not been washed in a long time. The pool toy bin had many deflated toys but much of it looked dirty and worn. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is nice but definitely the cleaning and supplies to the house and pool area could be improved.

Great stay

Great home with a fun pool! The host was great at communicating during our stay and answering all of our questions for us to get the most of the home and accommodation. Great location for everything in the east side of the valley and easy enough to get to the west side if needed.

Perfect stay with college friends

Seven friends stayed at this property for five nights, and it was the perfect setting. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, and the pool was very clean. Each of slept so well, and one of us even made a note to purchase the linens used as they were so comfortable. A wonderful stay!

Great Place.

House was exactly as shown. It was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, beds were comfortable with plenty extra blankets, host was easy to get ahold of when the VRBO app wasn't working to get check-in instruction. It was perfect for our needs.

Lovely decor, comfy beds

My sisters and I spent a very relaxing weekend together here. The beds were very comfy. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The host was responsive when we had questions. I like that the door locked automatically, so we didn't have to worry about keeping track of a key. If you're looking for a relaxing, no fuss, comfy place to stay this one does the trick.

Home away from home

The owners were absolutely wonderful! From their communication, to hospitality, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. They have made this rental very welcoming. We were in AZ for a long stay and it was the perfect place to call home for those weeks. Our two teen kids also enjoyed it as they could lounge out back, and they each had their own well-appointed spaces indoors. Thank you Stalin for everything you did to make our stay a cozy one.

We didn't want to leave!

I've stayed in several rentals and this was by far the overall best! Everything was super clean and tidy, the pool was perfect, location to shopping and restaurants was super convenient, the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. The only thing we noticed was the master shower was slow to drain but this didn't effect the rating I would give. Communication was great and any questions I had were answered quickly. I would 100% stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We went to AZ to visit family and decided on a VRBO. This house was very close to where we wanted to be and the cost was comparable to the hotel rooms we'd have to book. The house was nice, everything was very clean. The only things we thought could be improved upon was instructions to adjust the thermostat (it was abnormally chilly while we were there) and either a working ice maker or ice cube trays. But those are really minor thing. Overall, we'd definitely stay there again.

Very nice home and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in the home. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and being able to make dinner for the whole family made our trip that much more enjoyable. It is located very close to many amenities in the area. The host was very attentive to our needs and was always available if and when there was issue. The only disappointment we had was the pool, it is not heated and was very cold so we and the children could not not use it and the pool was why we spent the additional money on this property.

Out of state visitors for golf outing.

Very nice accommidations. Older visitors, sleeping arrangements worked well, yet navigating top bunk was somewhat challenging. All appliances functioned well. Grill needed to be cleaned prior, but worked ok. Tech issues with getting tv functioning, suggest some added guidlines or procedure manual. Probably user issue..... Location worked great with nearby Friend! Would rent again!!

Mostly great stay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Stonegate crossing II. The home was cozy and the pool was such a hit with the kids. We did have to call about dust/dirt on the windowsills (for allergy sufferers this can be huge) and a pillow that appeared to be stained; however, the property manager was super responsive and sent his cleaning crew out within the hour. I would say adding a few other supplies to the kitchen would be helpful for travelers. We had to go out and buy a can opener and couldn’t find a measuring cup. Would be nice to have a few more utensils at our disposal. Overall, we had a great time during our stay.
