Pre cruise accommodations

The house was spacious. But overall we left a bit unsatisfied. The location was not what we expected- nothing was within walking distance- not even a convenience store. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests we had. We also arranged for a late checkout out - at 3 pm - and at 11 am a group of 8-10 people walked into the house for their early check in. There was poor communication with the host regarding this.

Second time occupant

Me and a few friends returned to this property for our annual trip to South Florida. The property is in a well traveled area near Aventura mall. You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. Everything else from price and cleanliness were perfect.

Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. Excellent accommodations for a group

This property was an excellent place for a large group to stay! Large bedrooms with king beds, spacious kitchen and common areas, comfortable pool area which was kept very clean. Our only complaint is that the bath towels were terrible. Regardless, if you are traveling with a large group, we highly recommend staying here!

Perfect house for vacation

I first want to say how beautiful the house is and the pictures is exactly what you get. We had an amazing time there especially the pool. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re stay north of Miami! It’s more than enough space for a big family/friend group. I hope to book again once I come back to Miami.
