This one-of-a-kind home is great if you're traveling with family and friends, for work, or looking for a place to host and event. This home has everything you want: hot tub, game room, climbing wall, stream, mountain views, acres to roam and play.

This beautiful Colorado home boasts incredible views of the Front Range and Pikes Peak, a beautiful 5 acre property and incredible amenities! Even though the home is on 5 acres, it is just minutes north of everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Only 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Just 5 minutes from the interstate (I-25), you will find commuting to local attractions simple and quick.

**Additional cost for bigger events, like family reunions etc. Must receive permission to host events**

The home has 3 king beds, 2 queen beds (1 is a couch pull out), and 4 twin beds.

On the main level you will find the great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows to view Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. The large kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bath.

Upstairs is the Master suite, complete with a large soaker tub.

The basement has one bedroom, a full bath, laundry room and living room. Here you will also find the climbing wall!

Also on the main level you have a large bonus room which could be used as a family suite or a bunk room for the kids with its own full bath!

In the large, heated and air conditioned, 4-car garage you will find a moveable pickleball net, ping pong table, foosball, air-hockey, outdoor games, bikes and more!

The huge back patio is the perfect place to host an event or enjoy the quiet of Colorado's evenings. Sit and relax in the hot tub, swim and play in the swim spa, play a game of corn hole, pickleball or roast marshmallows on the beautiful patio that looks out on the property.

The back edge of the property is bounded by a seasonal stream that feels like your own oasis in the high desert. You'll feel miles from nowhere but you're minutes from everything.

This rental was awesome! We had a group of 8 adults visiting Colorado Springs, and this house had enough beds for all of us! A couple of us had to sleep in twin size beds in the kids room, but that was fine with us. The hot tub was clean and worked great, and the swim spa was awesome and had plenty of space for our whole group! We enjoyed playing pickleball, basketball, and table tennis as well.I might have to come back with my family as there were a lot of toys, games, books, and activities for children at this rental, including a bouldering wall in the basement!The host was communicative, friendly, and courteous. They often answered my questions before I asked them. The only knock is that driving back and forth to and from Colorado Springs added up to a lot of time in the car. That said, this house is worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The property is very large and even comes with prairie dogs! There is lots of space outdoors and a great hot tub and decently – sized pool. We found everything we needed indoors and it was extremely commodious and comfortable. I honestly think one of our sons never even went downstairs! We played ping-pong and other games. This property is very conveniently located to the Air Force Academy, and you can see the campus from the house. Shopping and other sites are conveniently located as well. We plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay at large home and acreage. Check in was so easy and the house was spotless. The children toys and outdoor toys were awesome and the swim spa was a great addition to our outdoor activities. we really liked how the home was laid out since we had family ranging from 1 year to 78 years.

Great place and location

We (my husband and I and grown children and grandchildren) came to visit my son who lives in Colorado Springs. We found the house to have plenty of room and lots for the children (ages 5-14) to do. The property feels like you’re in the country, but it’s 5 minutes to grocery stores and gas station, etc. We cooked in a lot since there were so many of us and while the kitchen wasn’t equipped with everything I would have, it was well stocked for a VRBO and we were fine. The host was very responsive to questions. And there is so much to do within 30 minutes of the property! Finally, the view is fabulous. One of my favorite things to do was to relax with my morning coffee on the front porch in the ski-themed Adirondack chairs!

Co Springs Trip 2025

We took 7 adults and 5 kids to CO Springs for spring break. This venue was accommodating and responsive. We had everything we needed in one spot to accommodate our large group of all ages. The 4 older kids loved staying in one room together with their own beds. The rock climbing wall and the hot tub were a hit with the 4 year old and 8 year old. When we had questions or an issue with the pool or hot tub the host responded quickly and resolved the issue. We appreciate the hospitality!

Amazing space - perfect for our family time!

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for a much-needed vacation, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The house is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and incredibly child-friendly. The views from the patio were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies each night. We also loved how close the property was to local attractions; we were able to explore the area with ease but still felt secluded enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, making check-in and the entire stay stress-free. This house is amazing! Excellent location

The location of this home is perfect. Just outside of the heart of Colorado Springs, it allows super easy access to literally anything. The views from the front of the home are stunning. Many grocery stores and dining options are close. The home itself has many amenities! The back patio is lovely. However my own group enjoyed the garage games most of all. It was packed with all kinds of bikes and outside options for a good time.The beds were comfortable. Video games inside were a nice option and the decor was tasteful. It had ample space. My cautions about this house, which I have spoken to Amy (the host) about, center around its cleanliness. It received very high reviews in that area in past reviews, but that was not our personal experience. We arrived to spoiled and opened food in the refrigerator and pantry, dirty dishes in the cabinets and old, empty, bottles of shampoo and personal items in the bathrooms. We also had problems with the A/C and lights during our stay. I spent a great deal of time dealing with these issues or waiting on people to show up and fix them. There was a list of about 15 things to do before check out, including hauling all sheets to the basement, starting two loads of laundry, starting the dishwasher and emptying all the trash in the entire home. Amy refunded us for one night stay and apologized for the inconvenience due to the cleanliness issues. She was kind and easy to reach.

Great house; great location

This was a great place for our family group (6 adults, 5 kids). The kids enjoyed the "bunk room," the garage with ride on toys, ping pong, foosball, bikes and outdoor basketball hoop. Along with sightseeing in the area, we sat by the firepit and relaxed in the hot tub. This house is great for family groups - lots of space for everyone. Our youngest asked if we could come back again (to this house)! We had a wonderful time!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED….AND MORE

This beautiful home was spotless. It had more than we could ask for our family. The grandkids loved the playroom, the garage with all the toys, bikes, football, ping pong, etc. The back patio is a welcome oasis with fire pits and relaxing hot tub. We sat out front each evening and watched the sun set over majestic Piles Peak. Fantastic views. Large bedrooms rooms and fully equipped large kitchen. The open floor plan was great for a family gathering just having coffee together in the morning or watching football in the afternoon. Amy was very responsive and accommodating. We rarely can get our entire family together but this weekend we did for our daughter’s wedding and this lovely home was a big part of our awesome experience. If you want to be spoiled make a reservation. We can’t wait to come back.
