You are perfectly located, close to the beautiful and famous beach of Las Ballenas and right at the level of the village of Pecheurs.
The villa is in a private residence, nestled in a typical Caribbean style of nature, mango trees, traveler's tree, hibiscus, coconut tree … You will find on the property an enclosure with turtles, ducks and fish as well as an enclosure with iguanas.
A large swimming pool in its center is available for guests of the residence; there is also a gym.
The villa is private, you will enter through the garden.
On the ground floor, large dining area with fully equipped kitchen/bar, grill..., an indoor lounge with Smart TV/Wifi, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Outside, cozy lounge and deckchairs for moments of relaxation under the sun of Las Terrenas.

Located in Calle Italia just at the junction of Playa Las Ballenas and the Pueblo de los Pescadores , Residential Paloma is very easy to access.
On foot, you will access the major places of Las Terrenas.
Las Ballenas beach with private or public beaches, bars and restaurants of the Village des Pecheurs. Village center, excursion offices, vehicle rental, souvenir shops, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, French bakery ....
If you want to move further, do not hesitate to climb on the motor ofthe typical "Motoconchos", they will be happy to show you around the village!
Other things to note
-Like the grand majority of the properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity has an extra cost.
It's price is 15dop/kwh.
A picture of the electric counter will be taken at your arrival and at your departure.
This way, your consumption will be calculated and you can pay directly in cash to your host while checking out.
We recommend you to have a little bit of pesos in cash for your check out.
