The house was enormous and perfect for what we needed. The bedrooms were clean and well kept almost everyone has their own bathroom in the house. The pool was beautiful and the views from the house of the resort and ocean were to die for.

We spent 7 days with 14 family members (ages 9–79) at this beautiful, spacious home—somehow even better in person than the photos. It’s incredibly well designed for large groups, with a fully stocked kitchen (tons of cookware, gadgets, double waffle maker, multiple coffee pots), a great hot tub, and a pool with fun inflatables. The house also provides beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers), which made outings easy.The bedrooms were comfortable and felt luxurious, with plenty of towels and basic toiletries. There’s no shortage of entertainment—billiards, ping pong, and lots of spaces to gather or relax alone, plus ocean views from multiple spots. Everyone could find their perfect place to unwind.We hired private chefs twice, from InHouse Chef, and it was a highlight—especially the paella dinner, which was as fun to watch as it was to eat. The house managers were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Water pressure and temperature were fine overall—give it a few minutes to warm up. In the warm climate, it wasn’t too big of an issue.One note: the property can be tricky for Uber drivers to find, and access through the resort gate adds a 7–8 minute slow drive with the MANY speed bumps. We recommend using the rental’s transportation service and renting their golf carts—they’re both convenient and super fun to drive.This is an amazing property for large groups and truly a trip of a lifetime thanks to this beautiful house.

House is truly amazing with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The furnishings are really nice and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is designed for entertaining; we had Professional Chefs for two days while there and that experience was over the top. The pool and hot tub were great and the pool area is terrific. A couple of things didn't make the mark. The majority of the showers in the house had almost no water pressure and the water temperature was very poor. It rained while we were there and we had some minor flooding. A small amount on the lower level, a good amount on the top level. As is common with rental homes the owners don't stay there and don't know what needs fixing. Also annoying......from the front gate to the house there are 24 speed bumps! All in all we still had a great time in a great house.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous resort environment

We stayed here with a party of 9, my husband and I, our 3 adult children and 17yo daughter along with a couple of family friends for our family vacation. We loved the home and the resort environment. Keila was a wonderful help in providing information for local grocery stores etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and would even consider investing in this community. It was truly a beautiful place that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a great time at Villa Tuscany. The house is beautiful with tons of space. The property managers were very helpful in accommodating all of our requests. We had delicious food prepared by the chef they chose and all of our day trips were excellent.

Amazing friends trip!!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Diana was great to work with- so accommodating and professional. Chef Jose and his crew went far beyond our expectations. Absolutely Fantastic Family Retreat

We had our entire family from all over the world together for an absolutely wonderful holiday. We enjoyed every minute in the beautiful home on the gorgeous grounds. Thank you Diana and staff for all the help and service. In addition to the home we have to compliment Chef Jose who was a gift. He is an incredibly talented and sweet person. Euniz helped arrange everything from the house keeping to the additional apartments that we needed and she too was a wonderful person to work with. Great for a family

Plenty of room for 10 adults, 4 children and 1 infant. There is a small bedroom with an interesting shower in the ensuite on the main floor. It has an adjoining room with twin beds which we used for suitcases because the bedroom was small. The upstairs rooms were spacious and well appointed. The decor of the house is a little dated but beautiful. One of the bedrooms on the pool level is small and the ensuite bathroom is shared with the pool area. We didn't use that room. The living areas were spacious and comfortable. There is a kitchen on the main floor and a small bar kitchen on the pool level. The pool and hot tub were well maintained as well as the areas around them. The property is well configured for hosting an event. The views were very nice from the master balcony and the outdoor patios on the main floor. The kitchen was well appointed. We had to reset the disposal in the main sink a couple of times even though we didn't use it much. The dishwasher door falls all the way to the floor when you open it, you need to watch your toes, but everything worked and there was a coffee bar with multiple coffee pot choices in the pantry. The hostesses and staff were helpful and friendly. Biggest issue is the plumbing, some flushing issues with the toilets and some of the bathrooms had lukewarm showers. Loved the fact that they had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. There were humidifiers in the rooms on the pool level we didn't empty so it got damp.

This vacation was one of the best we have ever had. This house and this host were simply perfect for our multi-generational holiday vacation. Excellent property. Great accommodations and comfortable setting for any kind of stay.

Magnificent accommodations for anything from a romantic getaway for two with plenty of room to spare for other friends to join. Or a full blown family outing with ample space for kids. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Nice panoramic view. Well maintained and well kept property will be the perfect scenario for you and whomever you choose to bring. My family and I had a great three night stay and one of the nights hosted some corporate friends in a close and fun atmosphere. Highly recommended. (This is our second visit to Villa Tuscany)

Beautiful Property and perfect for a large group!

Highly recommend staying at villa tuscany mansion. The property is perched on top of a hill overlooking the ocean. A quick golf cart ride and you're at the beach. There is so much to do on the Rio Mar Resort and the house can help arrange an array of activities. Every detail has been though of and communication is easy! We had 19 people on the property and it didn't feel crowded. Everyone had their own space.

A dream home and vacation

Great space for multiple families!

We traveled with 19 family members and the property was perfect. There was plenty of space and it was wonderful having all the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house pool and view were beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) and we especially loved the “neighborhood” beach and pool. Although there is parking at the beach, definitely rent golf carts as it is easy to zip down the road to the beach (about 5-10 minutes). We can’t wait to return!

Perfection!! Best vacation & staff

This amazing house has everything!! Spectacular views, increadible architecture, spacious. We had 20 family and friends and there where areas for everyone. The pool table and ping pong table were a hit. The bar area with TVs by the pool was great. Watched football while on the pool and opted for a BBQ night with the Chef. The art throughout the house is great!! The Chef is a must!! We did the all inclusive He was the highlight. We all couldn’t wait for the next meal. Every single one was excellent, really impressive, they were beyond our expectation. He also took care of one person with allergies and to some vegetarians he made increadible dishes substituting meat that were out of this world! We loved a coconut curry rice that was exquisite. Excursions: We opted for the private catamaran, we went snorkeling in crystal clear waters. The men loved the Bacardi tour too. Highly recommend this property, the location, the level of service and the staff was really a pleasure! We will definitely be back next year , by popular demand ! Amazing

Words and pictures can't begin to describe how awesome our stay was. Our Sept 2017 ladies trip was one of the best by far. Diana and her crew were so helpful and professional. She is never too busy to answer questions or assist with details from transportation to and from the airport all the way to a bday cake needed. The property amazing beautiful and able to accommodate so many guest. But the highlight of the trip was the chef Jose the food was phenomenal we were provided three meals per day with their all-inclusive package so so worth it. His staff was amazing this place is 10 stars

Family get together 2017

Another summer making amazing memories. Cousins (kids) all stayed in the lower lever where there's 4 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping areas and a huge smart TV. They had movie nights every night. All adults (4 couples ) in the 3rd floor bedrooms. Loved the excision to Culebra island, (flamenco beach is always in the top 10 beaches in the world) great snorkeling. The rain forest trails are a must!! The chef was the best!! We didn't waste time cooking and doing dishes for 18 people. Food was amazing and he accommodates all diets ( 4 vecetarians and some kids picky eaters) Best part is always sharing time together. Spent time playing pool, ping pong , at the pool bar with TVs and in the pools and beach. Kids loved the surf boards and boogie boards. Another summer full of priceless moments. Specially as our father gets older our priority is making memories.

Great views, large house, nice design and very confortable accomodations.great for entertaining.

Beautiful large home with amazing views of the ocean and the Resort. Nicely appointed. We had a great time with friends and co-workers. Some areas (minimal) of thehouse were under repair at the time of our stay but the experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended it!

perfect from beginning to end

Villa Tuscany is beautiful and comfortable with numerous amenities. Made more perfect by all the staff. Diana and Demaris went out of their way to book transportation, activities (kids), and to make suggestions. Our group size changed because of an accident but it was never a problem. And then group size changed again, happily because of a quicker recovery than expected and again all was handled. Jose (chef), Jayme, and Michael were outstanding. Food was awesome and they just did everything to make it a perfect trip. Of course Puerto Rico is beautiful, Villa Tuscany is a dream, but truly what is most impressive is the staff.

This is a stunning house was built by my father in his favorite area of Puerto Rico. We grew up going to Rio Mar on vacation as kids. Villa Tuscany has spectacular views and a constant breeze. We offer optional chef and daily maid services. We have our own activity coordinator which coordinate transportation, tours, massages by the pool , excursions, parties and ceremonies and so much more!!

Our clientle includes, "A" list movie stars, NBA and NFL players, CEO's of top Fortune 500 Companies , top Emmy award singers and music bands.

The house is inside the Resort which is a Huge plus!! Everyone drives around in golf carts to go to the hotel, Casino, Spa, Bars, beach, Golf club, Restaurants etc...It truly is Paradise!!!!!
You also have the Rain Forest right across the main road, a 7 minute drive. The Yunque rain forest has many trails with waterfalls, and zip lining.
