Each Suite is quite private - there are also several different living areas - which creates a great opportunity for guests to be able to spread out, enjoy time together but also separately. The pool takes as much advantage of the sun as possible.



The main level has a King Owner's Suite with an en suite bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen area.



Take the stairs down to the next level, which offers one large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom and two larger bedrooms with King Beds with a shared full bathroom. There is also a separate relaxation area on the 2nd floor and a kitchenette. One floor further down offers 3 additional bedroom suites; 2 with Queen size beds and a shared bathroom and 1 with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. There is another living area on this level also. Please be sure to use the hand railings when using the stairs!!



Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.



Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.



We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site daily anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated.



No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.
