Relax in shade or sun on the gorgeous pool deck with ample outdoor living space, including a lawn perfectly positioned for sunset views or early morning yoga. Sugar Hill’s quiet, unspoiled neighbor is the Virgin Islands National Park, above famous Trunk Bay and the North Shore beaches. You’ll be captivated by the ever-changing shades of blue and turquoise of Johnson's Reef and boats passing 800’ below. The villa’s ideal location is an easy drive to Cruz Bay Town for dinner or shopping. The nearest North Shore beaches are just a 12-minute drive. Care was taken in this beautifully appointed villa to make you feel at home, with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. No detail was overlooked. Four bedrooms, 3 on the main level and one with separate entrance on the garden level, and 3.5 bathrooms make Sugar Hill perfect for a family or friends sharing a vacation home. Absolutely perfect! Gorgeous, clean, excellent hosts. We have rented many vacation houses, and this was by far the most well furnished, stocked with kitchen/dining needs, beds were super comfortable, decorated thoughtfully. Both the owners and house manager were exceptional to communicate with - super responsive, patient, and helpful. Plenty of room, amazing spaces to entertain and lounge. Excellent location close to both sides of the island and a nearby grocery store. Can’t say enough great things! We hope to be back!

The most beautiful home we have stayed at on St John (been more than a dozen times)! Actually comfortable bedding and all felt like home! Breath taking views of Caribbean. Entirely equipped with everything you need and more! Stayed with our 3 kids and parents. The garden room (separate from main living quarters) gave my parents privacy.The Jack and Jill bathroom was the perfect set up for our 3 boys. Property manager, Kelsey,was so kind and attentive to all our questions and needs! Perfect location; close to grocery! I cannot say enough about Sugar Villa! We willabsolutely be staying here for years to come!

Our family loved Sugar Hill. The house was outfitted with everything you could need. The bedrooms are all just beautifully appointed. Kitchen is great for large gatherings. Location is very private and the views are fantastic. We went to the state park beaches every day!!! Really enjoyed our time at Sugar Hill and hope to return again.

What a view

Great place, extremely well appointed. The view was spectacular! Good location on the island 10 - 15 mins from most everything. Host was great as well. I would definitely return to this location.

Amazing!

This home is better than advertised! The views were amazing, the house was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed having the beach towels and chairs. The pool was refreshing and the views were spectacular. I would highly recommend this stay! It was worth the price.

Amazing villa in great great location

This place was absolute paradise. The house had an abundance of amenities and was even more beautiful in person. Our entire family (two adults and two young kids) thoroughly enjoyed it—meals on the outdoor patio, afternoon swims, and good nights’ rests in the comfortable beds. We were a short drive from the the best north shore beaches. The property manager and owners were very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful!

Our group (of 8 women) was very pleased with our stay at Sugar Hill Villa. The home is beautiful, clean and well appointed - the soaps and hair products were a lovely touch! The view was incredible, made even better by several sitting areas - we saw 2 rainbows! The location is wonderful - easy roads and close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches. It was also VERY convenient to have a gas station and market so close. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Escape

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We loved the beautiful view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and privacy. Little touches provided such as coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels made beach days fun and easy. Not once did we have to contact the management company for any concerns throughout our stay. I highly recommend this tastefully decorated gorgeous home! You won’t want to leave!

Views are awesome. House as described. Great accommodations! Highly recommend. Owners were great to respond to questions. Driveway is steep, but paved. We had minivan and had no problems getting to house. Views are worth it!

Breathtaking Views!

We stayed at the Sugar Hill Villa the first week of March. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly need! The view has to be one of the best on the island. We enjoyed several sunsets from the patio! We had a couple of small issues with the house and the property owners were on top of them immediately! Spectacular Views

This home is amazing. It’s equipped with anything you might need and the views are incredible. Sitting out on the patio with the beautiful view was such a great end to our days. Beds are very comfortable and everything was spotless. The pool was perfect for the kids. Having all the beach chairs, towels and coolers made our beach days even better. They truly thought of everything. We will be back!

We have been coming to St John to vacation for more than 20 years. While we have traveled to many other destinations, our family has always come back to St John and its beautiful beaches, peaceful pace and tranquil setting. Since our first visit to St John, we have searched for a place we could call our own and share with others. Sugar Hill is our dream-come-true ; a home we can enjoy and share.

Sugar Hill provides a tropical experience with stunning views that you will never forget. The lush vegetation of the Virgin Islands National Park provides an uninterrupted blanket as you look out toward the north shore waters of Trunk Bay and beyond from the 800 foot elevation of the very private and spacious pool deck. A grass lawn area adjacent to the pool deck is the perfect setting for morning yoga, evening sunset viewing or simply relaxing in the Adirondack chairs to the views and sounds of waves breaking over Johnson's Reef below. A rare amenity not found in most villas. The kitchen is impeccably appointed. If you like to cook, you will love doing so at Sugar Hill. You will sleep well on comfortable beds outfitted with fine cotton sheets in bedrooms equipped with individually controlled air conditioned comfort. The laundry room features a full size, high efficiency washer and dryer. Literally three minutes away at the bottom of the road leading up to Sugar Hill is Midway Deli and gas station. Open 7 days a week from 7 AM until 9 PM, there couldn't be a more convenient, well-stocked place for those forgotten, "need it now" items. Best of all, and the number one reason that we all come to this island paradise-Sugar Hill is only minutes away from the beautiful white-sand beaches of the north shore and the conveniences, shopping and dining of Cruz Bay. You can be on the beach or in town in as little as 10 minutes. You will absolutely love the views, accommodations, amenities and convenient location of Sugar Hill Villa!
