This unit is located steps from the sugar white sand. Complimentary beach service is included in this rental (two chairs and an umbrella are set up at the beach (March 1st -October 31). Grab your towel and head to the beach! Surfside Resort features many amenities including two hot tubs, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, barbecue grills with picnic areas, high speed internet, Royal Palm Grille restaurant, Beach Bar, fitness room, courtesy patrol, covered parking, Surfside Spa, and Rogue & Pure Co. salon. Most amenities are located on the same floor as the condo. There is also a convenient staircase that takes you from the floor of this condo to the lobby so you do not have to wait for elevators!! Very convenient location in the building! There is also a sky-walk bridge that connects you from the pool deck directly to the beach. There is a coin operated washer and dryer located on the ground level of the building for guest use.

This unit has a king size bed in the main bedroom with a full size bathroom that includes a tile shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra accommodations. This unit can sleep up to four people. Both the bedroom and the living room offer flat screen smart TV's. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and there is a full size refrigerator with ice maker

In lieu of a damage deposit. a $59.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00 in damages. The fee will show up on the payment pages as an admin. fee.
