This villa is located in the neighborhood of Arrocito, known for its central location, great beach and wonderful Oceanside restaurant (walking distance from the property). Perched high up on the hillside above the coast, you can enjoy wonderful breezes through this home's spacious open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area.

Soak-up poolside fun just outside the patio doors, where you can relax on a lounger or find shade under the outdoor palapa. Adjacent to the pool, you will find an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy warm tropical evenings as you share dinner from the barbecue grill.

Each of the spacious bedrooms offer A/C, ensuite bathrooms, terraces and beautiful views of the pool, gardens and ocean. The master and first guest suite are located on the upper level, the second guest suite is located on the main level and offers a pool view.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
