We truly wish you had informed us of this during your stay, as we would have taken immediate steps to address it, including any issues with the wifi. We couldn't locate any previous complaints from your stay, which limits our ability to proactively resolve such matters. We understand the inconvenience of the double check-out reminders you received. Your brief three-night stay did complicate the scheduling, as our automated check-out reminder is typically sent 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. We apologize for any confusion caused by this timing. We regret that your stay didn't meet your expectations, and we wish we had been given the opportunity to rectify the situation during your time with us.
