There are plenty of kayaks for you to put right into the water and explore the intercoastal waterways. Enjoy swimming or lounging around the pool with a beautiful view of the canal. Cook amazing meals in the outdoor kitchen or on the grill while hanging around the bar top firepit. Take a relaxing bike ride through this peaceful community.

The deck was the highlight... loved watching the wildlife. Riding the kayaks was fun. We loved that everything was marked so it was easy to get around the kitchen. Had a fun time on the golf cart.

Relaxing getaway

Had a great vacation at this clean home. The location was great, the view of the canal is amazing. Plenty to do at the house between the pool, bikes, kayaks, fishing poles and golf cart. Host was very responsive during our stay. Highly recommend!

The home was excellent. Our host, Todd, was very helpful when we had questions. The house was also very well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor area/pool and quiet location. It's a great location far enough away from tourist areas but not too far.

We came on Saturday, on Sunday I sent the host a message that the outdoor heater and the gas grill wasn’t working, she said thanks for the heads up and have a great week, nothing was fixed the week we were there and I asked about the pool if that could be heated and she said with the temperatures it wouldn’t maintain with the size and depth of the pool, so that was a bummer. When we were there 2 years ago, before the hurricane, we had a great time everything was awesome everything was working and the pool was heated so we can enjoy swimming and being with family. If I would’ve known that the pool wasn’t going to be heated, I would’ve booked somewhere else. It seemed to us they didn’t care, which is so sad.

If a heated pool or hot tub is important for your stay, we always recommend choosing a home that offers those features. We encourage everyone to read the listing carefully and reach out with any questions before booking. Regarding your comments, I truly wish we had known you wanted these items addressed during your stay. Your message came across as informational rather than a request for assistance, which is why we responded with a simple acknowledgment at the time. After your departure, we inspected everything you noted. The built‑in two‑burner grill in the outdoor kitchen is currently not functioning, but the standalone outdoor grill is fully operational. The outdoor heater also works, but due to how difficult it is to turn on, we have never listed this as a guest amenity. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable, and we’re always here to answer questions for future guests.

They stay was absolutely amazing. Great location, great neighborhood, felt safe. The property was very clean and fit 9 people well. Everyone had a place to sleep. The pool was the kids favorite place to be and we really enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a great time and house was well stocked with everything we could have needed. Also was plenty to do while at the house from the fishing, golf cart, bikes and the large pool that they had preheated to the desired temperature as requested. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the pool!

Outdoor lovers dream

The pool and outdoor area made this property. It was a beautiful place to hang out and have some down time. The beds however left a lot to be desired. The mattresses were horrible and there weren’t mattresses pads on the bed to keep the sheets from slipping around. Money would be well spent on upgrading the bedding! Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

We totally enjoyed our stay and were sorry to leave. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were wonderful, and offered recommendations to local restaurants and activities. The golf cart was a fun way to get to the local beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Family Getaway

Very nice home. We enjoyed the porch area, pool and fishing from the dock. Very close vicinity to anything you might need. If I had to have one complaint it would have been that the beds were not comfortable. But I would stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone. It was a quiet and peaceful week.

Nice house.

House was well stocked and clean. Great location with access to the private beach. Owners went above and beyond by providing a high chair and a crib for our infant. Ability to fish from the dock is nice. Outdoor kitchen/bar is awesome. Few things needed some maintenance (garage door/dining room light/pool) but that did not deduct from the great vacation we had. Overall, we were pleased with the property.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay despite a few opportunities with the rental. The rental was adequately supplied with towels, soaps, and paper supplies. There were fun outdoor toys and fishing poles. One suggestion would be to have more than two beach chairs and a beach umbrella would be helpful. The bikes were wonderful and fun to cruise around the neighborhood. The pool never got warm but we realize it was February. We were told we would have use of a 6 seat golf cart, but that never happened. The rental was decently clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies to cook meals. The welcome basket was convenient in case you forgot something. Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida!

We agree that purchasing more collapsible beach chairs and possibly a beach umbrella is a fantastic idea, and we’ll look into it. However, we’d like to address some other concerns, mainly to clarify things for those reading these reviews. It’s important to note that we have never listed the pool as heated or stated that a golf cart is included with the rental. These two features are frequently mentioned in guest reviews, which can sometimes be misleading for future guests. Maintaining a pool at the proper temperature in the winter months can be both challenging and expensive, especially for large, uncovered pools like ours. For those seeking guaranteed warm water during cooler months, we recommend properties with a hot tub, which would better meet those expectations. As for the golf cart, it is a personal family-owned item that we store at the rental for guests to enjoy. While we’re happy to provide it, golf carts are costly, and we are now on our third one due to general wear and tear. Unfortunately, the new golf cart we had just purchased was being used during your stay, but we’ve since returned it for future guests to use. Definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house was in a great neighborhood and was peaceful. The Welcome Bucket was so cute and thoughtful. The Welcome Book had so much information. The kitchen was very well stocked! The cupboards were labeled which made it easy to find things. So many amenities! We enjoyed the bikes, fishing poles and the golf cart. The golf cart had stopped working and Todd came and fixed it right away. We enjoyed the outside kitchen and used the grill every night. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and a small hammerhead shark in the canal. It was easy to communicate with Katie & Todd, they were amazing hosts! Definitely would stay again!
