We apologize that the pool was not as clean as expected during the first few days. Storms and the palm trees surrounding the pool can occasionally cause leaves and debris to accumulate between our weekly pool-cleaning visits. Please let us know right away during your stay if this happens, and we will gladly have our pool-cleaning team come out sooner. Thank you for your review of our vacation rental property. We are sorry that the pictures did not accurately represent the inside of the property during your stay. It's worth noting that we have made some updates to the property since the pictures were taken, including replacing the old L-shaped sofa with two new pull-out sofas, rearranging the room, and adding an armoire for storing blankets, pillows, and linens for the pull-out sofa beds. Additionally, we will be updating one bathroom and adding a third bedroom in January. Once the construction is complete, we will be sure to post new photos to accurately represent the updated property. We take the cleanliness of our vacation rental property very seriously and apologize that it did not meet your standards during your stay. We will be sure to address this issue with our cleaning staff and property manager to ensure that all future guests have a clean and comfortable experience. As for the dock, we will certainly look into making any necessary repairs to ensure that it is safe and stable for future guests. We understand that you feel the rate was too high. It's important to note that the nightly rate for our property is based on a variety of factors, including the local market, the amenities offered (including full use of a 2021 premium-grade pontoon boat), the property's location, and its availability. It sounds like the Hodges had a great time. I'm sad to say, they just missed the newly detailed boat with a brand new motor that was delivered this week. Also, parking in the garage is no longer a requirement. Dunedin does have great spots for dinner, but the Hodges must not have read the links we provide them and all our guests of fabulous restaurants closer to the house.
