* The main floor guest master suite features a queen bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath with a shower.
* The 2nd floor master suite has a queen bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath with a tile, walk-in shower.
* The 2nd floor “bunk room” has two sets of twin-twin-twin bunks. This room sleeps 6.
* The 5th bedroom has two sets of twin over queen bunks, a twin sleeper sofa, and smart TV. This room sleeps 7.
* There is a guest bath on the 2nd floor that features a tub/shower combo, and a ½ bath on the main floor just off the kitchen.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
