The Space:

Located just off Aska Road, the home sits at the end of a private drive, offering some of the best views in the county and exceptional privacy.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed, full patio access, shared bath, panoramic views

Additional sleeping: Futon on lower level

Guests have full private access to the entire home.



Check-in is contactless and keyless for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a private neighborhood in Blue Ridge off of Aska Rd, only about a 5-8 min drive to downtown.



Ready for outdoor adventures? The area is known for hiking, fishing, and other water activities such as kayaking and tubing down the Toccoa river all within just minutes from the home. We are also less than 6 mins drive to Blue Ridge lake.



Getting Around:

Guests will need their own transportation to get around. Uber and Lyft MAY be available but not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

House guidelines (kept simple & respectful)

To keep the space enjoyable for everyone and to maintain good relationships with neighbors, we kindly ask guests to observe the following:

-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

-No parties or events

-No unregistered guests

-No smoking inside the home

-Please drive slowly (10 mph) on the road

-Please do not feed wildlife

If these guidelines are not followed or if disturbances are reported, guests may be asked to leave without refund.



Pets

-$75 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

-Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis (max 2).

-Please message us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

- Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.

- Unfortunately, no cats allowed.



Important notes

-Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

-Check-in time is 4:00 PM unless approved in writing.

-This property is intended for non-local travelers. Local bookings require prior approval.

-Same-day check-ins may have adjusted arrival times depending on cleaning schedule.

-Guests may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional information after booking.



For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
