Great location, short bike ride to the beach. We love the North Beach area, walkway 1, beautiful beach. House was clean and as expected.We were there for 4th of July activities, the fireworks and parade were both fantastic and worth planning to be a part of.

Our little week in heaven

I'll keep this short and sweet, much like our stay. Even though this was only a 5 night stay, we could have stayed for a month on this island and in this home and still found new things to do every day. This was a perfect little home for our family. From the full kitchen to the laundry facilities, this was everything we needed and more. While we didn't have access to the Island Club, we did have access to the Lake House and it was everything we needed with a 7-month old. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Ryan, calling your stay a 'week in heaven' is the best compliment we could ever receive! We are so glad the house felt like a true home for your family. We are especially happy that the Lake House worked out so well for you and the baby—we often tell guests that the Lake House pool is the island's best-kept secret for families looking for a more relaxed vibe than the Beach Club! We agree that 5 days is never enough, so we’ll be ready for you when you come back for that month-long stay!

Property was in excellent condition! Clean, comfortable and spacious enough to handle 6 easily. Our family of 5 enjoyed walking through the safe and beautiful neighborhood and a nice swim in the ocean at the beach nearby. We will absolutely return!

We can only assume this rating is directly tied to the recent misunderstanding regarding your post-stay request for a refund.
