BATHROOMS
This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 1 min drive)

CABLE & TVs
Host provides basic cable package. Brand New Smart TVs in many rooms. If using "Streaming" it is BYOL (Bring your own login).

HEAT & A/C
This property has central A/C, mini spilt, and window units.

CORNHOLE
Host provides cornhole boards and bags

POOL
Heated pool with raised hot tub
Pool is set for 84 degrees and hot tub is set for 99 degrees. Please do not touch the pool equipment. Up against the fence near the house are the controls for hot tub and pool lights . During the winter time the hot tub can take up to an hour to heat up, please hit the spa button once which is located on the white fence.

BABY GATE
We leave a temporary gate to block off the pool area if needed it is stored in the room with the beach chairs off the kitchen.

***NO POOL USE AFTER 10PM

VOLLEYBALL COURT
There is a sand pit that is setup for volleyball games. Host provides volleyball. NO USE AFTER 10PM

OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE
There is a outside grill and outside furniture/deck space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. Two tanks are provided for guest to refill

KIDS/BOARD GAMES
There is a a variety of kids/boards games around the house. Ask host for specifics if needed.

BEACH CHAIRS
Host leaves 8 beach chairs.
