Spektakuläres Strandhaus direkt am Strand von Delaware Bay ... Perfekt für Familienurlaube, Familientreffen oder Wochenendausflüge.

Dieses Haus verfügt über sechs Schlafzimmer mit endlosem Blick auf das Wasser, viereinhalb Bäder, 2 Mastersuiten, 1 In-Law-Suite, Wohnzimmer, formelles Esszimmer, großes Zimmer, Küchenchef mit Dacor-Geräten, voll ausgestattet für alle, die gerne kochen . Der Grill direkt vor der Küchentür.

1. Etage Inlaw Suite. Mit eigenem Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer.

Für alle Gäste, die mit älteren Familienmitgliedern reisen, ist diese In-Law-Suite in der 1. Etage eine bequeme Möglichkeit, die Treppe hinauf und hinunter zu begrenzen.

Zwei Mastersuiten mit Vollbad befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Eins mit einem Zwei-Zimmer-Anzug. Alle Zimmer bieten einen endlosen Blick auf das Wasser und begehbare Kleiderschränke.

Ob beim Sonnenbaden oder einfach nur auf dem 1100 '' Wrap-around-Deck mit überdachter Veranda hängen. Ihre Familie und Freunde werden die Ruhe und die unbeschreiblichen Sonnenuntergänge lieben. Oft sieht man täglich Delphine schwimmen.

Spazieren Sie am scheinbar privaten Strand entlang. Einfach aus der Tür und am Strand schöne Muscheln sammeln oder einfach die Sonne genießen.

Cape May ist nur wenige Minuten von einer großartigen Familienstadt mit viktorianischen Themen entfernt. Cape May bietet feine Restaurants, Weltklasse-Strände, Golfplätze, Antiquitäten, Shopping, Weingüter, Destillerien, Radfahren, Shopping, Nachtleben, Angeln, Bootfahren, Wassersport, Whale Watching und vieles mehr. Fantastic Family Vacation!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic vacation at this gorgeous, well-maintained, very accommodating property in Villas, NJ! It was a fabulous beachfront location with a beautiful pool area and patio. In addition to enjoying shops, eateries and grocery stores conveniently located in Villas, we enjoyed day trips to Cape May Zoo, Cape May, Avalon and Stone Harbor. Spectacular view!

This property, the amenities and location were all amazing. The view of the water, dolphin sightings daily and incredible sunsets were just some of the things that made our vacation such a memorable one. Perfect in every way.....

This beautiful home is the ideal spot for a family or a group of friends who want get away from the hustle and bustle of most south Jersey shore communities. Located on a high bluff overlooking the beach and Delaware Bay but just 15 minutes from Cape May. It is incredibly private and in immaculate condition. Yes, the pool, furnishings and the evening sunsets are just as advertised-perfect! We have already recommended it to several friends and are considering returning next year.

Serene ocean overlook!

Very spacious home for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) to use. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans and utensils that my son-in-law used for many wonderful meals. The owners were very welcoming and accessible to inquiries about the property. The bottle of wine and note on the table was a nice touch. The large number of bed rooms allowed our party of seven to accommodate waking babies and snoring papas. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely return and/or recommend to our friends.

AMAZING VIEW

The home was as pictured and clean. Peter gave great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. It was awesome to see the dolphins and sunsets daily. The view from the home is AMAZING and there are lots of windows to see it! Pool and lawn sevice people maintained the property during our stay. There are stairs throughout the home and outside (sunken livingroom with doors that can be closed off, porches, livingroom to pool). We traveled with 4 generations ranging in age from 18-105. We were glad that we could shut the doors, but wished it was a little easier for the folks with canes/wheelchair in those areas as some stairs didnt have railings either. We would have liked more hooks to hang towels and mirrors to apply sunscreen, see outfit, etc. The edges of the pool stairs and seating in the pool are slippery so be cautious. It is a relaxing place to enjoy time with the people you are with and large enough to move around and not be on top of each other. The main area, from in-law suite through the kitchen, was level and spacious with plenty of room for the wheelchair to move with ease. We enjoyed playing cornhole, sitting in the pool, on the porch and in the area overlooking the beach. It is a great place to just "be" and enjoy the view.

Family Vacation on the bay

We had a great time as a family in this spacious home. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces, including my mom who needed a bedroom on the ground floor. The bay view was lovely, and we were able to enjoy beach time daily. About 20min drive to Cape May, Wildwood, and the zoo.

Beautiful property and gorgeous sunsets!

This beautiful, spacious, and immaculate home easily accommodated our family of 10! The great layout provided lots of room to spread out and the well stocked kitchen and amenities made cooking and gathering very easy. My husband and I enjoyed the 1st floor in law suite right off the kitchen which was very spacious, peaceful and comfortable. We easily traveled to Cape May beaches and back, as well as enjoyed the local restaurants, breweries, and the Cape May zoo. Pete, the host, was very accommodating and spent lots of time giving us tips and info on sites to see, restaurants, and even where to go for great coffee and awesome donuts. Our favorite activity was gathering on the expansive deck every night from which we enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets! Great memories were made!! Thank you Pete and Patti!

comfortable home on Bay

Nicely appointed and comfortable home for a family vacation; plenty of rooms, space, excellent kitchen and expansive views of Delaware Bay. We saw many lovely sunsets on back deck and enjoyed the quiet and lack of crowds on the Bay beach. Also enjoyed the variety of things to do in Cape May besides the great beaches... Wineries, wildlife refuges, dolphin and bird watching, museums( Aviation WWII and the Tubman) . The owner was easily accessible and helpful with suggestions for dining and activities of interest...we were sorry to leave!!

Absolutely perfect!

This is the most beautiful home in the most perfect location. My husband and I needed to get away “locally” due to our work. Given the current covid situation, we were looking for a lovely home right on the waterfront in a peaceful setting, where we could stay slightly isolated. This couldn’t have been more perfect. Yes, the house was huge for us, but it truly made us feel we were on vacation. Families or large groups would have a wonderful time here as well. The house is fully equipped with large kitchen and dining areas, every kitchen item you could need, and large living room with the most perfect views of the oceanfront, tv, surround sound, multiple bed rooms and bathrooms. The house was exceptionally clean and modern. The best part is the huge deck right on the beach front, with small covered porch areas as well. We spent most of our time relaxing on the deck, walking the beach front, and you will be amazed every evening with the most beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed watching the dolphins from the deck swimming back and forth! There’s a nice step area down to the beach, and it’s so private and quiet. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to questions. He provided lots of helpful information on the surrounding area. Convenient to stores/ restaurants. We absolutely recommend this home for a couple or large family or group. There’s a really spacious “in-law” type area right off the kitchen area with sitting area, bedroom and bathroom, for anyone who needs first floor accommodations. The sunsets can’t be beat. The house is beautiful with all the amenities one could need. This was our first vacation like this, and we will surely do this again. We will definitely stay here again in the future. We were pleased with how pleasant the October weather was! Highly recommend!

Family memories

Beautiful big home that allowed for a lot of fun and quiet time if needed. My family enjoyed the home and the beach. And having the beach right outside you could enjoy it on the big deck area and in a few steps off the front porch you were on the beach. The large kitchen area made it Perfect for large family meal time. Owner was very nice and was available for any questions we had.

The house sits on the beachs of the Delaware Bay. Approximately 2.5 miles from where the alantic ocean meets the bay. Endless sunsets you will never find anywhere else. We built this house knowing it’s less than a 10 min drive for all the major attractions in the area.
Watching dolphins swimming by on what seems like our own private beach was a major perk to this home's location.
Our beach house is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, allowing all guests to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the salt water, eagles flying by, waves breaking and daily sunsets.
We knew this was the right location for our family getaways!

Having our pool and patio only a few feet from the beach. If we don't feel like to get your feet sandy? We still can feel like your right on the beach while soaking up the sun in the pool or on the patio.
This option is truly unique to the area. Plus, the daily breath-taking sunsets! It was a no brainer to make this our beach house.
