The interior of this home is unparalleled. The home features enough rustic mountain touches to keep the atmosphere authentic, but with all of the modern luxuries. You will be welcomed into a large living area with high ceilings and windows that offer a full view of the beauty outside. An attractive floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace is surrounded by comfortable seating, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen have an open concept, providing an optimal space for entertaining the whole group. The dining table is positioned for great views, and ideal for dining in or out on the spacious patio.
The chef`s kitchen makes preparing food easy and enjoyable. It is complete with designer appliances, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar with additional seating. This home has board games, and kids will have plenty of room to sprawl out and play in the upstairs bonus game room.

With lake access right outside the large sliding doors, guests need not leave this retreat to enjoy their vacation. Water, dirt and snow rentals are available at Mountain Meadow Adventure Rentals (for a fee) just a few minutes down the road (approximately 3 miles away). Feel free to bring your own water sports equipment to play on the lake.

Except for a locked garage bay and a few locked cleaning closets, the entire home is available for your use.

The area of the lake this cabin is located on has deep water all season. The cabin is accessible year-round and is just 2 miles from the town of Donnelly.

Main Floor:
1- Master Bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom.

Upper Floor:
2- Bedroom with Queen Bed and a shared bathroom.
3- Bedroom with Queen Bed and shared bathroom.
4- Bedroom with a Queen Bed and shared bathroom.

5. Bunk Room with 4 built-in Twin Bunk Beds.


Cabin Features:
Hot Tub, Smart TV, DVD player, board games, dining table, ceiling fans, propane grill on the patio, wood-burning fire place (firewood not provided) and a propane fire pit on the deck.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee maker, dishware & flatware, microwave, blender and toaster.

General:
Free high speed Wi-Fi (may be slower during peak seasons), linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, central heat and A/C, in-home laundry machines, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, keyless entry, trash bags & paper towels. 2-3 steps required for access; this area may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

Parking:
Rectangular, flat driveway with direct street access.

House Rules and Policies:
- No smoking or vaping

- No events, parties, or large, unapproved, gatherings

- Must be at least 21 years old to book

This home is located off of a paved road and is accessible year-round.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues.
