And the best, we are at 10 min. away from Marbella beach, at Puerto Nuevo Vega Baja. The community is not gated, but the closed garage door provides safe and direct access to the interior of the residence. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, airfrier, toaster, and coffee maker to taste our rich Puerto Rican coffee that we left for you. The kitchen also has utensils, dishes, saucepans, wine glasses, and others. One of the bathrooms has chair accessibility, sink and toilet in the area of the 2 bedrooms and the other has access to the master bedroom and through the pool area. It the second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. And the Master's room has a king bed and a new bunk bed full/twin, dresser, TV with Netflix and it have a direct access to the the parking and the pool. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both have closets with hangers and night tables.
The house has a spacious living room with TV and Netflix, dining room inside for 4 guest, and dinning table outside for 6. The pool area has a fence around it, the space is perfect for BBQ day, and has a shower to bathe before using the pool. There are no lifeguards, for this reason, it is forbidden to run in the area or to make head dives in the pool. Parents should not leave their children unattended at any time. The house is a very private and safe space and has Cameras outside the property and Security Alarms for total tranquility for the visitor and own security. Cameras are recorded in the pool area and in the entrance. The House and the pool is private and exclusive for the use of the guest. No visit are allow. We are looking forward to your visit.

My group of four really enjoyed staying at this property! Heriberto is a great host who responded immediately to any questions we had! The house and pool were clean, the neighborhood is quiet, parking in the driveway, garage and/or street. The laundry washer/dryer alleviated any overpacking by us! Nearby bakery offered delicious quesitos, tres leches and even a few grocery items. A SuperMax grocery store is very close to the house as well as gas stations and restaurants. The pool area of the house backs up to a wooded area offering great birdwatching with PR Lizard-Cuckoo, PR Spindalis, PR Woodpecker, and lots more! Nice, cozy pool area had very comfortable seating for the four of us. I think 6 would be the max number of people to fit comfortably at this property. Kitchen could use a few items like potholders and dish towels but that is minor and we bought a few household items to leave behind. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Puerto Rico!

Vega Baja was a great location. Cute, safe neighborhood tucked away. Loads of beautiful beaches nearby. Great bakery (Jardin) so close! Owner was super helpful and responsive!

The host was wonderful at the start of our stay and very welcoming. We had an unexpected issue with our rental car at the airport due to a late arrival, and he kindly offered to pick us up and even took us to get food since everything was so late. He showed us the home, checked in with us during the week, and was always respectful about asking before coming by. We truly appreciated his hospitality and felt welcomed.Unfortunately, at the end of the stay, we were informed that there was supposedly too much sand in the pool and were told we would need to pay 250 for a filter issue. We followed all pool rules, rinsed off before swimming, and only used the pool once after a beach visit. After reviewing VRBO’s policies, we learned that guests are not responsible for this type of maintenance issue, and a filter failure would not typically occur from normal use.We were also uncomfortable when it was suggested that this be handled outside of VRBO. While the stay itself was good overall, this situation at the end impacted our experience and is something future guests should be aware of.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed being at this property. The kids were in the pool and playing PacMan every day. It was really helpful having the washer and dryer on-site, and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped. Host was SUPER responsive, and very friendly but not at all intrusive. One thing to know is that the third bedroom (master bedroom) is in a different area than the other two bedrooms. That worked well for our family. Overall, incredible stay and we enjoyed the house.

Amazing

Host was really kind and was attentive about everything. Made sure we were comfortable and made sure we were good. Place was really nice and comfortable. Place had a bunch of different activities for fun so you couldn’t be bored at all. Neighborhood is really safe. Me and my family had such a great stay. Would recommend this place 100%. It had been two years since we made our trip back to Puerto Rico to visit my family. I wanted to stay somewhere that had a pool and not too far from where other family members lived. This place seemed like the perfect fit and it was. Everything was as described, perfect for our little kids. The Host was available to answer questions and went out of his way to guide us on how to get to the location. I would definetly recommend.

Amazing vacation

I was skeptical based on where the cameras are located, patio especially but it was a great time and he was an amazing host. Anything I called for, he took care of it quickly. Heated pool all day was amazing!! Heated pool in PR not something most have.its hard to find.I willl completely recommend this hike. S much fun.

Very good communication

While the property is currently undergoing some renovation, I am always happy to stay at Mr. Heriberto's properties. The location is safe, near attractions (Ojo de Agua), and there are plenty of restaurants around. We had some hiccups during our stay, but the host quickly addressed the issues. The pool is lovely and my children enjoyed the Pacman machine. I love that it has a water reservoir and a whole house generator. Communication was great.

The property itself was fine, but the host’s behavior was extremely rude and confrontational. Communication was impossible. I stayed with my husband, my son, and two of his 12-year-old friends. We arrived Friday night, and on Saturday around lunchtime, I called my brother to come by and share a meal with us. Less than 10 minutes after he arrived, the host — who lives just two houses down — came over, pointed a finger in my face, and scolded me for having a visitor without prior notice. My brother was not staying overnight — he was simply there to eat and then leave — but the host refused to listen and was unnecessarily aggressive.It’s worth noting that all the properties are very close together, almost on top of each other, so there’s little privacy. Feeling uncomfortable, we immediately cleaned up, packed our belongings, and left. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced such treatment from a host. I strongly recommend choosing another place to stay.

Marimer,This guest did not follow my house rules. The house and its amenities are exclusively for the guests included in the reservation. Anyone intending to hold activities, gatherings, or parties on my property must request permission and notify me in advance. At no point did you contact me to request permission. As you said, my property is very cozy, but I must be considerate of my neighbors. You showed no consideration for me, my property, or my neighbors. The first thing you did was block my neighbors. One of them needed to leave for work, and you and your guests blocked her in without even bothering to move your cars so the neighbors could get out of their homes. I am very kind and understanding with my guests, but you do not seem to know what it means to communicate with a host. I do not wish for you to return to my home. Everything is clearly stated on my page, but you did not bother to read it. I only ask my guests to maintain good communication so as not to disturb the peace of my excellent neighbors. Everyone is welcome to visit me—my house is wonderful, very private, and full of amenities. I treat my guests with great respect and enthusiasm so they can enjoy their stay.

Mr. Mendez was the perfect host!

We were met with a warm greeting and a big smile! Mr. Mendez had already called to make sure we were comfortable finding the house, when we were driving from San Juan Airport. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was very secure! All of the amenities this home had to offer makes this one a cut above the rest! Electrical service and water service can be spotty at times in Puerto Rico, so; needless to say, the cistern and backup power system came in very handy during our stay! The house is conveniently close to many of the greatest beaches, sites, and restaurants (food trucks and stands, too) on the North side of the island. There’s fast food, grocery stores, and a Walgreen’s just minutes away. If you just want to have a day in; the pool at the house is great, and so are the pool and ping pong tables! The pool is completely private, and not even visible from the street! There’s enough parking in the secure garage for two small cars; which comes in handy! The appliances all worked great, and the air conditioners are new, and boy do they work! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay there longer!
