A beach community known as Cerro Gordo. This home is in a neighborhood that is family oriented and filled with friendly neighbors. Less than 5 min walk to Cerro Gordo beach/restaurants and short drive to Dorado Beach. 35-minute drive from San Juan Airport. The home has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds that comfortably sleeps six. A swimming pool also is available for guests only. We have surveillance cameras for security purposes around the exterior of the home. Wifi available. Local restaurants/bars can get loud at times given its a beach area. NO CLEANING FEE!

Everything at the house was as described and very comfortable, clean, and well equipped kitchen. George was responsive and helpful. The pool is wonderful and proximity to the beach is perfect! Lovely neighbors too! Only downside is the load music from the nearby bars on the weekend.

We stayed for a week and it was great! The pool is beautiful and the lights and waterfall add to the esthetic. The fully stocked beach cart was a huge help while taking the 5 minute walk to Cerro Gordo beach. Coconut Beach Club across the street serves up good food and even better drinks! The staff, especially Carla, were accommodating and very nice. George responded quickly to questions and concerns and suggested a local spot for brunch. The house is centrally located and within walking distance of various businesses and restaurants. A great trip and beautiful home!

Beautiful would definitely stay there again !

The pictures doesn’t justify how beautiful this house is ! It came fully equipped with everything nearby many restaurants and close to many attractions ! My kids loved the pool and I loved how peaceful it was and how the house was near everything ! Would definitely recommend this home and would definitely come again !

Great communication and comfortable stay

Our flight was delayed several times and we didnt get in until 3am.The owner was kind and next day even had someone service the pool from rain the evening before. Very communicative and the space was very clean and comfortable. Close to beaches & food! We felt safe and it was a great telaxing time.

Excellent Home away from Home!

Home was super clean, towels and bedding clean and fresh. Anything I needed or had a question with I got a very quick response through the communication from Vrbo AP. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. House had wagon cart with beach chairs, umbrella, accessories etc. We had our 30th wedding anniversary with our adult children and their husbands and had a great time. Definitely will recommend and will plan to come back. Thank You!

Perfect location!

Our first time in Puerto Rico was amazing! The house is in a perfect location with easy access to Cerro Gordo beach....having the cart/cooler/beach supplies was so helpful! The house is well stocked, really clean, and the outdoor area and pool were perfect! 10/10

House was very clean and comfortable, the neighborhood bar and grill had music on very loud some days until 2 am. And construction next door started at 6 am , so 7 nights lil sleep. Also we limit our use of the pool due to many cameras over the pool , felt like ( big brother watching you) if you like noise and been watch 24/7 this place is for you.

Misleading

It has been the worst experience i have had absolutely misleading. The pictures are very well taken. The host forgot to send us the password to enter the property i took us six phone calls to get access to the house. the cameras are pointing directly to the where you are laying next to the pool. There is absolutely no room for any storage so if you are planning to stay here more than to days you will have to leave your luggage in the living room. Pool table its not maintain. Grill was duty, and if you want to use the pool there is nothing to clean it. And good luck with the hammock. Absolutely the worst

Great comfortable getaway near the beach

We had an amazing time at the Cerro Gordo beach house. Our host George was immediately responsive to every question we had, and the check-in and check-out processes couldn't be smoother. The property has everything we needed and more. The private pool is clean and big enough for our family of 5 to enjoy. The well-equipped patio has a grill, a pool table, a cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, and a portable domino table. Again, plenty of room to stretch out. As for indoors, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nearly full kitchen (no oven). The only downside is that the bathrooms are a bit small and the showers do not have much pressure. But for as little time as we spent indoors, we did not consider that a deal breaker and would gladly stay here again. The short walk to the beach does pass some run-down houses, but this entire property is surrounded by a fence and wall, with a lockable driveway gate, so we felt safe and secure at all times. Excellent!

Everything is as pictured. The property is BEAUTIFUL and did not leave us wanting for anything. Both the interior and exterior are very clean and well maintained. We definitely appreciated the beach wagon and beach supplies such as enough sturdy chairs for each family member, blankets, and towels. The pool is wonderful and the pool table/billiards is in excellent condition which we find a rarity in vacation homes. The cues even had good tips! Plenty of seating indoors and out for our family of 5 adults. The beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. Enough hot water for five showers. In-unit laundry was helpful. We all felt very safe at this property. George and Mona are highly responsive to questions. The location is fantastic! We are thankful that we chose to stay here instead of a hotel resort. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon there was loud, culturally authentic music being played in the neighborhood (did not last past 11 pm) and we found this to be fun and exciting! Just steps from the house is el Corozo sports bar and restaurant. Yummy food, excellent drinks, fantastic bilingual service. We got to experience both live music and the viewing of the PR vs Dominican Republic baseball game! It was awesome to witness firsthand how passionate Puerto Ricans are about baseball. A short walk away is a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the entire north, eest, and east coasts were under high surf and RIP current warnings which meant it was unsafe for swimming. . The beach near the house was officially closed but many people were still there to enjoy the GORGEOUS scenery of crashing waves and the sun. This location is also convenient to Supermax grocery and highways leading to other major locations. Thank you George and Mona for offering this home!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

This was my first time booking a house through Vrbo! & I was a bit nervous, but let me tell you I couldn't have chose a better place, the house was exactly what they posted, safe and secure. George was very responsive to any questions I had and anwsered them promptly. The home is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean! The beds were so comfy down to the sheets and blankets! Literally they have everything you need!! I will def be back to book with George again!! Thank you once again George for allowing us to stay in your home!!!

Wonderful host!

Our family of five traveled to Puerto Rico for a vacation and stayed in this adorable house. When we were supposed to leave, Hurricane Fiona hit and we were stranded due to flight cancelations. Luckily our host George had kept in contact with us throughout our entire stay, and he was very gracious to not only let us extend our stay but discounted the fee. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for this seemingly simple thing. As a tourist stranded with my family during a national disaster it was simply a blessing to not worry about where we would ride out the storm. The property had a generator so we didn't lose power for even a moment. And even throughout the storm George constantly checked up on us, asking how we were fairing and if we needed provisions. Even if I didn't love the property (which we did, especially the pool and hammock) I would recommend George as a host!! Five star experience!!

Great stay!

Beautiful home with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the pool amd beach items. The house was hard to find at first because we arrived late but check in was easy and the area was good. Close to beaches and shopping. The house diagonal was having construction which was very noisy at 6 and 7am but overall it was a great stay. George even helped us get a surprise cake for my daughter. It was beautiful and tasted very delicious. George answered all questions quickly and gave us lots of helpful info for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!!!!!

The house was amazing we love it a lot everything was very organized and very clean. One of the issues we had was the refrigerator starts leaking inside and outside the floor in front of the refrigerator we had to mop it because it was wet and slippery. The inside of the refrigerator was also wet our items we bring were wet. The refrigerator needs to be checked and fix future guess visit the house. Another issue we noticed the gate when we leave the place and go out it constantly scraped the muffler of the car that’s big issue someone who came to visit us did the same thing to the car that can messed up and damage the car that needs to be fixed it doesn’t damage other people cars they come and visit the house. Overall everything went well we had great time at the house near future we will go back again thank you so much having us in the we appreciate it a lot.

Perfection in Puerto Rico!

This beach house is just an amazing place! Honestly the pictures do not do it justice. Probably taken with the windows closed. The house is airy, beds were comfy, kitchen was roomy well appointed (no oven, but there is a microwave and gas stove top). And so clean!!! The best part is the wonderful pool and outdoor pool table. There are many amazing lizard friends that we enjoyed looking at as well as the CoQui frogs that sang us to sleep-bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. If you are looking for a resort vacation, this is not your VRBO! We wanted to live, eat and beach with the locals and this house provided everything we wanted! We will definitely be coming back!

Burst of LOVE EVERYWHERE!

First of all, we never have been to Vega Alta before and we loved it! Convenient to air port, Walmart, neighborhood cafes and bakeries and gas stations too! The gates at the entrance of the property is a great feature of privacy and the landscaping is gorgeous! The house is breathtaking and you can tell she’s loved!!! When you go into the house it’s bursting with love and by that I mean they thought of almost everything! They have Good linens, towels, pool towels, beach blankets, coffee, left us some snacks, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, I mean it’s laid out like a 5 Star hotel with a gorgeous pool and everything you need to retreat in the back patio! First aid kit and cards too:) My favorite was the washer and the dryer! Everything was so nice and clean and the AC and ceiling fans are perfect! When we needed our host, he responded immediately, thanks George! You better book this one fast, because we want to keep going back! Thank you George and family for making us feel so welcomed and we felt the love of the beach house!
