About this space
Garden getaway in Las Vegas - Work and rest in this 3-bedroom 3-bath home! Indoor and outdoor relaxation, exploration, and quality time with family and friends awaits in our clean modern home that’s close to everything.

Outside, we have a large yard with 11 fruit trees, large Mesquite and Palo Verde trees provide privacy, mature palms provide that tropical vibe, and all sorts of flowering plants draw hummingbirds to their bright colors and lovely fragrances. You can spend a tranquil day floating in the hammock and watching the birds, or stargazing in the evenings in the impossibly clear desert skies.

Indoors we have anticipated your comfort and needs and have thoughtfully planned a chic uncluttered space to hang out, visit with loved ones, and also to work if needed with high-speed internet, and two dedicated work spaces.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is entirely keyless, which allows you to check in for your stay quickly! The lock is WIFI connected.
Our cleaning crew uses the CDC Recommendations for US Households after each stay.

A Desert Oasis

This is a cool, eclectically-decorated house that we chose because it was close to the Nellis AFB air show. Except for the air show, there wasn't much noise from the base. Though I thought I could distantly hear Taps playing at 9PM. The landscaping is amazing. It's all drip irrigated, so it is very water efficient. The backyard is very private. The host was very responsive to any questions.

My wife and I lived in this home for 25 years. We poured our hearts into making a beautiful retreat in the yard, complete with 11 fruit trees that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. The balance of nature is calming to the soul, and we hope that you will enjoy some time lounging in the hammock, doing some backyard stargazing, or laughing while playing board games with your loved ones. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, please be considerate of our neighbors.
The property is located outside the north gate of Nellis Air Force Base. If you are an aviation fan, you might want to book the property during the annual airshow, or during one of the Red Flag exercises. Our military is routinely training pilots to defend our freedoms; and while they rotate the take off and landing patters so no one neighborhood is impacted, the majority of the north half of the Las Vegas Valley does occasionally hear Jets - including our home. You can check the website of Nellis Air Force Base for events that may make for a nosier stay than normal prior to booking.
