Review for stay on 27- 30 July 2016...Condo was very clean, well furnished, and quiet. Pool was nice, parking was secure, and a small market was within walking distance. The one slightly negative thing was the on-site casino was closed for business. But, we would definitely stay again!
This was the perfect condo for my group of 6 for EDC! It was very luxurious and had everything you would want from a home away from home. There were no hiccups or inconveniences this place was literally perfect and communication was very easy between the owner and I. The two bathrooms were very convienient and having three beds made everyone feel even more comfortable.There was also everything you would need besides food and drink. We also enjoyed the awesome view of both pools (kid and adult) and the community around the condo with a new market and restaurants (mainly for dinner). I would definetly recommend this condo for anyone who doesn't mind driving to the strip and appreciates a nice quiet condo near the city that never sleeps!
I have stayed at this places all over the country. I prefer condo settings to hotels because I like to have a space from other guests. When on vacation, a "room" or 2 rooms just doesn't give me the space I prefer.
This unit provided plenty of space for us. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were not cheap sheets with pilling on them. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was well appointed and very clean. The living/dining area was nicely furnished and the seating was very comfortable.
The balcony has a wonderful view of the pool and surrounding area. It is a wonderful place to observe the sunrise and sunset, if you are so inclined.
The balcony overlooks the pool, which some would think would be noisy. If you are on the balcony, you can hear the pool activity, but when inside the place is very quiet. We did not hear any outside or surrounding noise. The balcony for this unit appeared to be the most comfortably appointed of any we saw, of the units surrounding the pools. The pool area was kept clean and neat. I will be booking this place for my next visit to the area.
If you are a person who loves all the activity Vegas provides, this may not be the place for you. However, if you want to vacation in a beautiful relaxing setting, this is the perfect spot!
This was our third stay at this resort at the same time of year. This is a lovely, well equipped condo and is in a good position in the Viera building, not too far from the elevators and gets sun in the afternoon on the balcony which may units don't. The owner is good to deal with an responds very quickly. Our only disappointment was that the Viera pool whilst heated to some extent was in our opinion too cold to swim in comfortably for anyone other than children.
The condo was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were very nice size, each with a bathroom. The living room was a little small. We loved the furniture on the patio. The condo was very well equipped.
There were many nice restaurants in the village, but most were only open for dinner. It was a little disappointing that most of the shops had closed down, as was the casino.
The pool and hot tub close at 8:00 which did allow for an after dinner soak in the hot tub.
The surrounding area did offer many things to do.
Family with 2 kids under 12 stayed for a week 12/18 through 12/25....it was a really nice condo, very comfortable, especially the beds. The master bedroom had a king mattress that was fantastic. Actully looking at buying the same one for our house. Nice dining table, balcony and the kitchen was well appointed, we cooked nice dinners there a few nights. The lap pool was heated and actually tolerable even though it was pretty cold outside....and they have a nice big jacuzzi next to the pool that was very hot and relaxing. Our family really enjoyed it.....plenty of walking and hiking trails...and you're still only a 20 minute easy drive to the strip or old town if you want the nightlife or to catch a show. We took our older daughter to see Mystere at Treasure Isalnd, she was transfixed. A must if you have kids that are into gymnastics, tumbling, etc.
Make sure to try Johnny Mac's which is pretty closeby, great casual food. We also ate in the village at the steakhouse and the mexican place...both were pretty good, but they are pricey.....I'd look for their happy hour specials. Fiesta Casino is also close and pretty much all you need for your gambling fix.

There are no refunds given for early departures. The owner is not responsible for any changes to the property made by the homeowners association (i.e. pool maintenance), and no refunds are given for same.
Cancellation/refund policy of booked reservations 1-29 days:
i. Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of all deposits, security and cleaning fees.
ii. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days from check-in will be charged 50% of original reservation quote and refunded100% of cleaning and security deposits collected.
iii. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less from check-in will be refunded 0% of original reservation quote and refunded 100% of cleaning and security deposits collected.
Cancellation/refund policy of booked reservations 30 or more days:
1. Reservations cancelled prior to 90 days of check in will be refunded 100% of all deposits, security and cleaning fees.
ii Reservations cancelled 61-90 days of check-in will have a $500 charge deducted from total rental charge with balance of all pre-paid deposits, security and cleaning fees refunded.
iii. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days from check-in will be charged 50% of original reservation quote and refunded 100% of cleaning and security deposits collected.
iv. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less from check-in will be refunded 0% of original reservation quote and 100% of cleaning and security deposits collected.
