Beautiful home

We were extremely happy with this home. We were coming into town for Wrestlemania. The host was extremely helpful and even let us do an early check in. I highly recommend anybody to stay here pictures. Do not do this place justice. It’s just as beautiful as it looks on mine.

The host was amazing, the place was clean and the hist was gracious enough to accomodate our requests.The location was 10 min away from the strip by car.And 7 minutes to the airport. It was a wonderful stay.

Great Value

I stayed three nights. It was a very nice place with a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans so I could cook. Beds were comfortable. The whole experience was well worth it.

Excellent stay

The property was well kept and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. After a couple long days down on the strip, it was a nice retreat to relax. Will definitely book again.

We stayed 4 nights, check in was easy, condo was very nice, clean, and roomy. Owner responded to any ????s we had. Over all this was a great place to stay, it was quiet, easy to get to, it felt safe. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely, Comfy Home Away From Home

Unit was as advertised and had all of the little things to make it a home away from home. Great location near everything but far enough away to allow for rest and decompression. Owner very responsive, jovial, informative, and pleasant. 7 out of 5!

This is an outstanding awesome place to stay. The place was clean and easy to access. The location was perfect being not to far from the strip. A quiet, comfortable spot!

This is a good place to stay with family. Plenty of beds and well stocked in the kitchen. The pool wasn’t operational when we stayed but they were in the process of filling it.

Fix the annoyances and this place is fine

There were no serious issues during our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly and we felt safe throughout. The condo was generally fine but had many minor annoyances. Water heater needs to be turned down about 10 degrees as touching the knob in the shower is too hot to grasp. Appliances need to be leveled so the dryer door doesn't hit your head when transferring clothes and refrigerator door doesn't insist on swinging open. Kitchen needs mixing bowls and serving utensils. The two bed bedroom would be much better if the bed were not against the wall which makes it hard to make. Actually, one bed and a dresser would be much better than two beds and no dresser. The coasters on the glass tables were very useful, seriously.

Awesome location.

amazing location. 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Strip and Walmart and restaurants. Just an awesome location if you want to be off the strip, But it is close enough if you want to walk it. for me It's about an 1 hour and 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Amazing location!

This location was absolutely perfect for what we came to Vegas for! It's minutes from the strip and there are plenty of good food spots minutes from the place. The condo itself was beautiful! It had everything we needed and then some. The host is amazing and attentive which is appreciated! We will most definitely come back!

The host was friendly, and great with communication. Unfortunately the listing is not as described. The neighborhood is not good and we did not feel safe. The amount of homeless people gathering was Ridiculous. One balcony overlooks a boarded up building, the other one looks straight at another one that has boxes hung up covering theirs. Upon arriving we found an open water bottle on the carpet in the living room, and the guest bathroom (and ONLY shower) had pubic hair all over in it. The house doesn’t have lights only lamps. The AC was off and it was 84 upon arriving. The host has the unit locked and it can not go below 74 but they do have fans available. The house was SO hot the whole time they may have to get the system looked at or consider lowering the temp. The only showers hot water handle is broke. The hot water slides down the wall from the handle. The shower also clogs and you shower with 2-3 of standing water. The kitchen was clean but the fridge grinds and makes very loud noises, and one of the cups available for use is a gas station plastic throw away cup. The door has major gaps in it which could contribute to the heat in the house. The fireplace was broken and coming out of the mantle (we clearly didn’t try to use it). The couch is pretty but has seen better days. When you sit on each corner it drops in like it’s broke. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. We wish the pictures would’ve been more accurate too. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Amazing vacation

Me, my husband, and two friends stayed here for 12 days while we were in vegas. It was sich a lovely and cute place to stay! I really loved the fact that it has two balconies and a big bathtub. Plus you cant beat a washer and dryer when you're somewhere that long! Gege was very kind and flexible with us, also so helpful for anything i needed. If we ever come back I'll def stay h we re again!

Misrepresentation

This property was misrepresented on the VRBO web site. There are only two bedrooms in this home although it was listed as three, the hot tub and pool were chained up and not accessible, there was limited cooking and serving utensils, and far to few towels. We only found one washcloth in the entire unit. There were two bedrooms which had two queen beds in one room and one in the other. There was a rollaway twin in the closet and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. There were no instructions for parking or other general instructions for for the unit. This unit would be fine if represented as listed on the site.

No Notice Cancellation by Owner

Planned and paid to stay here to find out the owner cancelled the reservation while we were in front of the property. The VRBO app didn't say anything and the owner just told us to contact support. VRBO support didn't know about the cancellation either and are investigating now.

It is like staying at your weird cousins house

The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Very nice person. The location in regards to distance was great but the neighborhood felt like you had to keep an eye on your back. My biggest issue was all the glass and trinkets. Like the dining table was not connected so when you lightly leaned on the table it lifted. I believe the place could be better if they got rid of all the "decorations". Too many weird lamps, and broken vases and fake flowers. Felt like I was staying at my crazy Aunt's house. They need to upgrade the pots and pans, they were gross and the silverware. Basically they could level up the things indoors. I think if the host did this it would be great. Also, state that the place is up stairs because that created a problem for one of our guests. I was grateful for the place, but it was kmart version of rentals based on my standards.

Perfect from booking to departure

Great and always timely communication with Gehan. All wishes were fulfilled. The apartment is well equipped, clean and pleasantly furnished. Location is very good, quiet but with quick access to the Strip and other attractions. We were completely satisfied.
