The main house has 7 defined sleeping areas (all with full en suite bathrooms) plus 2 half bathrooms, which includes 4 spacious king suites, the main one of which has its own private balcony with two porch swings overlooking the scenic WaterColor trails and trees. The 3rd floor has one large bedroom with full en suite bathroom that has built-in twin over twin size bunks (2 sets which adds sleeping for 4 guests) and two additional twin size beds (where chaise lounges previously pictured). The third floor front room also has a queen size sleeper sofa (where the 4 blue chairs previously pictured were). Additionally, the carriage house has 1 bedroom and another full en suite bathroom, and its own living area (with queen size sleeper sofa), wet bar and full laundry room.
The home has Tempur-Pedic mattresses and smart TVs in every bedroom.
When taking a break from enjoying the wonderful WaterColor amenities, this house has a picturesque outdoor living space complete with a private swimming pool and hot tub, built-in outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower (with hot water), and a beautiful lounge seating area. This house comes with a maximum of 16 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.
Guest access
The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park!
The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute golf cart ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Phase III Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads. The pictures do not do the area justice!
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
The Watercolor HOA requires all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
Pool/hot tub can be heated for $50/night for the full duration of your stay October 1 - April 30.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
The golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
