Watercolor Family Vacation

The location of this property was superb. We were within walking distance to the main pool area, the beach, restaurants and retail. And the house itself was beautiful and had everything necessary for a family vacation. Definitely planning on a "repeat" trip.

Came here with combined families (6 children ages 0-7) and loved the house! Very easy walk for all ages to/from the beach and extra perk to have access to Watercolor club and Camp Watercolor

The house was beautifully maintained and absolutely gorgeous. It was also stocked better than any other VRBO I’ve ever rented, with everything we needed and more. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making guests feel at home. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone!”

Perfect stay!

Would love to come back again. House was perfect! Beach access practically right out the front door, perfectly maintained, tons of space, beautiful! Nicest beach I've been to, powdery sand for miles. Fall was the perfect time to go - ocean was still warm enough & weather was so pleasant - not too hot.

Beautiful Home/Great Location

We had a Great week at The Beach! The home was Beautiful and Spacious and in a Great Location!The ONLY negative was the Casita (house in the back) REEKED of Smoke. The property manager assured me they would be taking care of that issue, so it may be better now.Property manager was great during our stay. Very kind and Always quick to respond.

Stunning house and location!

From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely stunning and accommodated 10 girls with lots space to relax. Loved having the area outside to visit, the pool was an extra bonus. The beach access was steps away which made coming and going from the house a breeze. Having to bikes to ride around town was so fun! We tried out the food trucks in seaside, had brunch and rented beach chairs from watercolor inn which was right across the street from the house. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! I can’t wait to book another trip at this house. Thank you for everything!

An Amazing Water Color house in a perfect location.

We had very high expectations - The house exceeded them in every way. It was an extremely easy walk to the beach - the pool - and Sea Side. We look forward to returning.

Great location and plenty of room!

We had a wonderful time at Watercolor and enjoyed our stay at 63 Western Lake Drive! The house was large enough for the whole family. The pool, although it was small, was large enough for all of us to enjoy. We were in easy walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Beach House

The house was incredible and accommodated 14 adults and 4 kids for a week with ease. The location couldn’t be any better as we had a close beach access and easy access to any pool or shop in Watercolor. We also easily walked up to Seaside to shop and eat. The pool at the house was a lovely bonus as the kids would jump in and swim in the morning and evenings. The bedroom and bathroom setup is perfect as everyone has their own. We loved our trip and will definitely book again. The house manager was responsive to a few questions on the first day and we will definitely use them again.

Absolutely beautiful home

Absolutely beautiful home - lovely decor, tall ceilings, airy, and spacious. Pictures online do not do justice. Perfect for our large family. The kids loved the heated pool/outdoor space. Location was also ideal. Just a quick walk away from shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. We will be booking for next year for sure!

This house was everything we could have hoped for and spot on per the listing! Gorgeously decorated, perfect location with everything so accessible. The week was a bit crazy navigating the impacts of COVID-19...but a great respite with this house.

FIve STAR for location, comfort and space.

Excellent location! The Wine Bar and Beach are 1 block from the front door! Outdoor space is incredible with pool, hot tub and seating area with TV. Football in the pool/hot tub was incredible. House was well furnished and had everything needed for the perfect vacation! Has beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Has all amenities to include Keurig coffee maker!! Washer and drier on first and second floors. Everything you need to cook there! Parking was great! 2 car garage and parking for 3 additional in drive! Excellent HOME!!
