The Overlook on Sundance, a private home, sits nestled in Mountain Village just steps from everything needed for a perfect mountain escape. With stunning and abundant views of the mountain ranges, this 4-level log 4 bed/4.5 bath home is nestled among the aspens allowing each level views and privacy. Ski-in/ski-out, mountain trails, shopping amenities and the free gondola to the heart of Mountain Village are all near at hand.

The home features two separate living areas, the great room and the media room. On the main level of the home, you’ll find the great room with a soaring cathedral ceiling, massive stone gas fireplace, and open dining and kitchen areas. The expansive views of the mountains are breathtaking. The dining area comfortably seats eight with bar seating for three and has French doors leading to a deck.

The media room has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable leather sofas and new flooring. The entertainment “bar” offers a honor bar, Keurig coffeemaker plus an assortment of table games, books and exercise equipment.

Enjoy the owner-provided Oxygen Bar as a convenience of occupancy and avoid the time and expense of getting oxygen in town or buying the expensive cans. Each welcome pack includes two new medical-grade cannulas free of charge, which only you will use..

Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Every bath has new towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The laundry room with a new full-size washer and dryer and the two-car garage with generous storage room are accessed from the entry level. The home is cleaned thoroughly before guests arrive and maintained to meet the expectations of the most discriminating guests.

Wow, just wow!! We loved our stay at the Overlook Sundance (126 Lodges Lane)! Our only complaint was it was not long enough. The house accommodated four couples easily with more room for kids. Plenty of space to spread out and have privacy or gather the whole group for meals and games. The house was immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. My favorite part was the accessibility to easy morning hikes up the slopes or catching the gondola to all the restaurants and activities in town. We shuttled from the Montrose Airport and never missed having a car. It was a true paradise and we can’t wait to go again! - The Addingtons June 2022
