Lazy Days is a relaxed luxury beachfront home in the Crenneland neighborhood with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 12.
The semi-private 1500 sq. ft. deck offers amazing sunrise views whether lying in one of the hammocks, seated at the outdoor dining table, or sipping coffee or tea from the porch swings by the fire pit. There are outdoor games of Giant Jenga and Connect Four for guests’ enjoyment.
Inside, a comfortably appointed living room provides an inviting place for family and friends to gather and share important moments. A 75” smart tv allows access to entertainment. If family gatherings center around food, Lazy Days features a five-burner electric glass cooktop, double oven, under-counter microwave drawer, and Tovala smart oven in the kitchen. There is seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 more at the peninsula bar.
The primary bedroom is airy and spacious. Furnished with a king-sized contemporary canopy bed, this room offers direct access to the deck. There is an en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower and dual sinks leave plenty of room for toiletries. The King room with art that celebrate the owner’s travels to Australia presents a king size bed with en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. If you’re looking for a more tropical vibe, the Queen Room may be the perfect place to set your bags and rest your head. The queen size bed is tucked snugly into this cozy retreat. The Three Queen Room is a large, shared sleeping quarters with 3 queen size beds. No bunks here. The feeling of this room is both bright and calm. A 75” smart tv offers the best spot for those traveling gamers to plug and play whichever console they packed for the trip.
Downstairs, Lazy Days offers more space to enjoy hanging with family and friends. Porch and individual swings offer fun seating for those fun back and forth conversations. There is a pub table for gaming or drinking, and a conversational pit to lounge on with those closest to you. An outdoor double-sided four rain head shower offers a nice place for the nature crowd to rinse off after a day on the sand or in the Gulf.
