This home is located in a wonderful residential mountain community. It is extremely peaceful and quiet in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.
It is important to note that due to it being so quiet, noise is taken very seriously and there are external cameras on the property.
We are experienced hosts and make sure to include all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and living. If something is missing or not to your standards please reach out and we will be sure to make things right.
There are absolutely so many incredible things to do in this area so please check out our guidebook for ideas!
Internet here is with Vyve and gives us great speeds up to 200mbps. As an engineer that needs a good workspace, I made sure I was able to be comfortable and work efficiently while here.
Traveling during the winter has risks due to potential snow storms. Always check the weather before traveling. We provide a plowing service, however, during a major storm it could take significant time for the driveway to be plowed. There are shovels provided in case of snow storms but this is pretty rare. During the winter months make sure to have chains available.
During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
We can be reached from 8am-9pm seven days a week. We also have a 24/7 emergency contact team during your stay that can be reached via app/text/call.
Safe, quiet, residential mountain area and close to lots of activities.
Regarding transportation, we suggest renting a car. You can use turo and get something affordable if you pick up the car outside of the airport. Uber and Lyft can be used in this area but they may be limited due to the semi remote location. During the winter chains should be carried at all times.
There is plenty of parking for the gravel driveway area. We only ask to please not block any space to get to the garage and leave enough room for cars/emergency vehicles to get in and out.
Trash comes on Tuesday.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For same day check-ins, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be doing additional work on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.

I appreciate the mountain life and what it has to offer. The wild life is all around while still being convenient to town. This was an excellent opportunity to extend into the Bass Lake area and be closer to Yosemite compared to my Fresno properties. Hope you enjoy the lovely scenery here!
