This custom home is truly a home-away-from-home situated on a cul-de-sac and with plenty of privacy. The 2.5+ acres, private backyard space has more than enough space for outdoor activities as well as sprawling mini hiking trails for the explorers young and old

Designed with families in mind, the spacious game room comes with a 65 inch Smart TV, Pool table, Foosball table and Dart board to leave kids playing for hours.

The open patio boasts a fully setup grill, a large hot-tub and a hammock perfect for a wide range of activities like stargazing and outdoor BBQ’ing.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom. 1 Cal-King Bed and a Twin Day-Bed with Twin Trundle. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. The bedroom also contains a propane fireplace (not to be used in Summer months ), Smart TV, direct access to the backyard and the Hot Tub, a full walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2: Two Twin Bunk Beds and a Twin Trundle. Comfortably sleeps 5.

Bedroom #3: 1 Queen Bed with Tempur-pedic Memory foam mattress. Sleeps 2

Bedroom #4: 1 Queen Bed. Comfortably sleeps 2

Bathroom# 2: Common in the hall, equipped with shower and jacuzzi.

We try and cater to all groups, small and large, and our price reflects that. Although the description says accommodations are for 14 guests, we offer the rates to allow for smaller groups as well. Price reflects 10 guest and for additional guests over 10 an additional fee per guest/per night applies. We price our home in this ways to be fair to all

PETS:
Our intention is to keep the house allergen free for our guests. Violation of this will lead to $250 fee and cleaning charges.

OUTSIDE FIRES:
Per Madera County rules, no fires are allowed during May to October. California has been experiencing a severe drought and the area is extremely dry and the potential for a Wildfire is just too high to risk allowing guests to have an outdoor fire. When the fire ban is lifted and outside fire are allowed and they MUST be in an approved Fire Pit or Chiminea. If an outdoor fire pit or Chiminea is not provided, DO NOT under any circumstances gather rocks or other materials from around the home and create your own! This does not apply to the Propane BBQ's that is provided for your cooking pleasure. DO NOT use the BBQ for anything other than cooking your meal on, they are NOT intended to be used as a 'Fire Pit' and due to the propane tank attached to them they could explode by doing so.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Guest acknowledges that security cameras are used at our cabins to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property Guest acknowledges, that there are 2 front facing Security Cameras onsite. One Ring door bell and One Camera above garage.
