Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance concerns seriously and would like to clarify the steps our team took to address the issues you reported. When you contacted us, we sent a local team member to the property that same evening, arriving around 7:30 PM. She promptly removed the trash and offered assistance with the loft bedding, which was declined. We also arranged for someone to inspect the plumbing concerns. Upon inspection, the toilet was found to be functioning, although it required holding the handle down slightly longer to flush, which can be common in older cabins. We sincerely apologize for the trash left behind upon your arrival, as this is certainly not the standard we expect for our homes. While we understand that these issues impacted your experience, we do want to reassure future guests that our team responded promptly and took action to address the concerns brought to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and regret that we were unable to provide the experience you had hoped for.
