Wir haben uns verliebt, als wir die Aussicht auf den spektakulĂ€ren Lone Peak des Big Sky Resorts sahen, den man von der Master Bedroom Suite, dem Wohnzimmer und dem Außendeck aus genießt. Kombinieren Sie dies mit dem Whirlpool in der Einheit, dem Kamin, viel Platz, der Arbeit mit Zirbenholzbalken und einem der besten Berge in den Rockies, die uns ĂŒberzeugt haben, dass wir hier unseren Hut aufhĂ€ngen wollen.

We came to ski and had a fabulous time at the mountain. The shuttle was so convenient - you can’t have a more efficient transfer to the slopes if you stayed at the lodge hotel. The view is as advertised. Communication with the host is stellar.

Awesome condo!

This property was exactly as described. We caught the bus, which picked up right outside our unit, the first day. In the afternoon though, the bus driver let us off on the main highway because she said the road leading into the condos were too iced over and needed to be plowed. I think she was just being lazy since the driver in the morning had no problem. Either way, we decided to drive the rest of the week. It was super easy. From our place to the free parking lot is only about a half mile away. It took us no time at all to get there and there was plenty of space. The condo itself was much larger than we anticipated and having the hot tub in the unit was really awesome. There was plenty of stuff in the pantry for us to cook with and lots of games and puzzles to keep us entertained for family time. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Big Sky. Highly recommend this condo!

The condo is excellent in every regard. The view from the condo is literally like looking at a live postcard. The shuttle to the mtn is as close as it gets.... right outside the door. The owner's comminication was great.... normally you get nothing other than a key.

Wonderful Big Sky condo

Had a wonderful time at Brett’s condo. It’s spacious and well stocked. Lovely hot tub was a great bonus and the sun room is a wonderful spot to recoup after a challenging ski day. Would definitely stay again.

Winter Family Fun

We had a great time at the condo at Skycrest. We found there was lots of room in the condo for our family of four. We could have easily had four more people. The heated garage was a great resource to keep our equipment warm overnight and the short drive to the free parking lots at Big Sky was very manageable for each day that we were skiing. We especially loved having a large and easily usable kitchen to cook meals each night. Although we did not use the hot tub much during our stay, we appreciated having it for the time we did use it. Everything in the apartment worked well and was well maintained. There were ample blankets and towels. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a practical stay in the Big Sky area.

Magical Big Sky New Year

I hate to disclose what an amazing place this is and how far the host goes out of his way to make it comfortable, well stocked and a wonderful holiday. His directions for Big Sky skiing and town are a bonus. It’s clean, plenty of firewood, extra blankets etc

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo during our Yellowstone trip! The location was perfect. The condo itself exceeded our expectations – it had everything we needed, and the extras really made it feel like a home away from home. The views were absolutely stunning, and it was perfect for our group of two couples. The fireplace was such a treat after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Don't Miss this Fantastic Property!

My family and I were thrilled with our stay! To be honest, the listing doesn't do this place justice. Fantastic location, very clean, phenomenal views! Great set-up for families and kids. Lots of common space and great bedrooms. Lots of storage - clothing, food, etc. Full kitchen set-up with everything you need. We loved this place and will be back!

Wonderful setup in Big Sky

This place was fantastic. The owner was super helpful and very nice. All the information he had together from getting there, info on condo, restaurants, activities etc was fantastic. Some was a bit out of date as some restaurants had closed but really helpful overall. The condo was expansive and bigger than the two of us needed. However we loved it. The sunroom was so nice as it was quite chilly especially at beginning. Shower head in master was amazing! Kitchen was stocked the best of any place we have been to, and we have been to a lot. I loved that they had so many staples stocked, and also tons ziplock bags and a few plastic containers for fridge with lids. We never used the jacuzzi or fireplace, though I was tempted to use jacuzzi after I got back from lava lake. Awesome place but not an easy hike. We did chair lift and tram ride to top of Lone Peak. Highly recommend it. You will feel like you are on top of the world. I was seriously disappointed with food up at Mountain village. Chet's and the Cabin. Expensive and frankly mediocre to lousy. 4 appetizers, 4 main dishes and not one was better than a 6/10 and most worse. Michaelangelos in town was a totally different story. Food was phenomenal and similar or cheaper price. Highly recommend. Whitewater rafting with Montana Whitewater was awesome! View out of main windows of condo gorgeous. Everything about condo was perfect! One of best places we have ever used. Thank-you

I'm from a northeast skiing family. My parents met through a ski club my Dad was president of, and started me on skis at the age of 3 at Whiteface, a NY Adirondack mountain that hosted the 1980 Olympic Alpine events. This great mountain, with its 3,200 vertical drop, is where I learned to ski every type of condition, in all forms of extreme weather.

After college I got into exploring new ski areas, and started tallying all the ones I had been to. According to my Excel list I've been to 132 ski areas so far.

I have been to most major resorts throughout North America, and have started ticking off some of the more exotic ones on my bucket list in South America, New Zealand and Europe. I still enjoy the small family run operations too. For me, its just about being outside gliding down a mountain. I don't need fancy resort infrastructure and perfect groomers to have fun. That is the beauty of starting the sport in the era I did.

With all that said, my wife and I were looking for a place out West that we could take our kids to, and spend some retirement time at. I had been to all the big name mountains prior to my first visit to Big Sky which we instantly fell in love with. The mountain had every type of terrain: from the double black diamonds I enjoy now, to the type of terrain I will enjoy in my senior years. The lifts were old salvaged lifts from other ski areas. That was okay. We saw the potential and saw that Boyne was pumping money into the resort, so we bought our place in 1991, and haven't looked back since. With most lifts replaced by high speed detachables, new lodges, and the tram to the top, this area rocks.

Throughout the years we've been slowly fixing our Montana home up. In 2013 we replaced the 29 year old hot tub. In 2017 we renovated the kitchen with all new appliances completing our punch list. We have really enjoyed seeing our renters positive comments about their stay, and we will continue this labor of love to make it great for us and them.
