Serenity in the heart of Scottsdale, exclusive, resort-style Gainey Ranch is situated amidst 27 holes of the finest golf, tennis/pickle ball, fitness, and walking paths.

You will love the lush feel and priceless view from your waterside patio.
Gated, Resort-Style Gainey Ranch is the perfect place to unwind.
Walk to amazing dining, shopping (plus Sprouts Market) at our adjacent "Shops at Gainey Village". Right next door, the Hyatt Regency and all amenities, nightly entertainment, and Spa Avania, await.

A lovely spot for recuperation and renewal, you will feel at home here. Morning walks are a delight. A brand new fitness center, with classes, court sports, a large lap pool, and terrace space with lounging library to enjoy. Clubcorp members can arrange golf at the Gainey Ranch Golf Club...the general area abounds with golfing opportunities, Camelback, TPC Champions Course, etc. etc. Research your preferences and book early in peak season.

"Experience Scottsdale" is a great online resource, highlighting all cultural events, local sites, hiking and biking paths, adventure and day trips.

Terri is fantastic - she really goes the extra mile to assure guests have an exceptional stay. She promptly responds whenever contacted. Her “Welcome Guest Guide” is filled with great info & tips on local favorites. Our stay was WONDERFUL in every way! We hope to return for another stay at this Gainey Ranch Waterfront on a future trip.

Couldn’t Be Better

The host ensured her condo was in tip-top condition with most thoughtful extras. Disappointing weather in first week couldn’t spoil our enjoyment. We know this area and the location is perfect for all amenities. No hesitation in rebooking if we can get a date!

Heaven at the Pavilions

Everything was so beautiful from the home to the patio. Extremely clean, well stocked so comfortable . The location is magnificent . Golf , restaurants galore. Beautiful grounds and fitness center. The patio is so wonderful for reading ., sunsets,and happy hour. Pool and hot tub just steps from the patio. The owner is great to work with. Everything went so smoothly. We will try to book this over and over again . Can’t wait to get back there .

Our location is a perfect spot to relax and unwind, a lush green oasis , under the palms, in the middle of Scottsdale. Quick walking distance to dining and shops, Old Town with all activities, and Fashion Square Mall, are quick to the South, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are quick to the North. Best suited for Adults, it is serene, esthetically pleasing, and close to everything to be enjoyed.
