Beachy Keen Vacations invites you to come and enjoy this incredible 3 story house in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The private backyard boasts a pool with slide, hot tub, grill, and outdoor cabana. Wood flooring flows throughout the main floor with a glassed-in Carolina room overlooking the pool, a great room with gas fireplace and a kitchen equipped stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals. You will love the master suite on the top floor with a tray ceiling, spectacular tile shower, soaking tub and access to a balcony offering marsh views from the front of the home. The tiled ground floor level can serve several different functions depending on your family`s needs and offers another bedroom and full bathroom. Have we mentioned this home is just short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing?

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

*No pets allowed. No smoking or large gatherings and/or parties allowed*

House overall was nice. Very spacious. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Inground pool was fun, but a railing at steps would be helpful. On the other hand downstairs smelled mildewy. The mattresses on the beds definitely need replacing. The airconditioning vent in the 3rd floor small bedroom was dripping water at times and looked moldy aroind the sides.

Our stay with Beachy Keen rentals at this home was great! The listing was just as described when we arrived, the host gave very detailed instructions on how to check in and information on the rental so there were no issues. The house was clean and there was more than enough space for our family. The kids had a blast in the pool & hot tub, even though spring break was early and it was a little cool! We walked to the beach, the public access is super close so it was so convenient! Definitely worth staying here!

The house has a great set-up. The pool was nice. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of shops, restaurants and stores nearby. The property managers were the nicest and easiest I have ever dealt with. The only issue was the hottub and pool were dirty when we arrived, but the property manager had someone there to clean them very fast(same day within a couple hours). Everything you need in the kitchen is there. Nice, quite neighborhood.

We were very disappointed in some things about the house. First of all when we arrived the smell in front of the house was so bad because previous peoples trash had not been picked up. We had to move it and wait several days for it to be picked up. The air conditioner on main level didn’t work. The couple in bedroom had to sleep on the couch because it was so hot in their room. Two people came to check it out but the last guy said it was inadequate for the size of house. Also, the shower only had a drip of water and all sinks were slow. Huge roaches were found on main level and in basement. The pool was dirty the whole time. They said they were going to come and clean but they never did. We loved the beach! Good luck!

The neighborhood was lovely and pretty quiet , the house has so much room and would be great for multiple families etc. The pool is wonderful very well maintained. We opted to have it heated for our stag and it was worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and property

Stayed here while visiting the area for business. I liked the layout of the house and location. Although the weather wasn't great, and I was working, the pool and outdoor area looked like a great place to relax.

Incredible Spring Break

We took our two kids, 10 & 7, down to Myrtle for their spring break and this place was perfect. Heated pool with a large slide, hot tub, bunk beds and a very short bike ride to the beach. It was perfect! We will definitely rent again.
