The house was truly magnificent. The manager Scott could not be nicer to deal with. The house had everything we could have wanted. We were a group of 7 men for our annual golf trip. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed at in the 5 years coming down.The kitchen was incredibly stocked; bathrooms were spotless; amenities were amazing (video game, ping pong table, heated pool, jacuzzi, 6 75 inch televisions.)The elevator was a bonus for transporting our luggage.Our plans are to stay here again, once we finalize our dates.I strongly recommend anyone that wants an amazing home/host stay here.

I would absolutely stay at this home again! The property is exactly as described. The property management is friendly, informative, and timely. The space is set up great for a large group and nice beach access right across the street.

House was as described and met all of our expectations. We had a few hiccups, but nothing that impeded our vacation.Pros: Pool, patio area and of course the beach. The house was well layed out and accomodating for a group our size.Cons: The housekeepers have to clean the floors better than they do. We took off shoes at the door and our feet were black by the end of the day. Also, the towels for the bathroom need replacing (frayed and bleach stains). Need more or better curtains/window coverings. The house was like a fish bowl at night as the curtains in the main living areas were sheers and barely covered the windows. With all of this being said, we did truly enjoy our stay and our vacation. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

My family of 17, ranging in age from 11-93 years, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Cherry Grove. The location was superb with only a couple minutes walk to the beach as well as the Cherry Grove pier. The layout of the house was great with plenty of room for everyone to eat and watch tv together or have their own space when they wanted. The property manager was phenomenal and addressed any issues we had immediately and to our satisfaction. We would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend this property to other large groups.

Amazing Stay!

When I say this house has everything, I truly mean it! In addition to the awesome pool, hot tub, playhouse and games - there’s a lot that isn’t mentioned specifically in the listing. They have everything you’ll need for the beach (wagon, beach toys, chairs, etc)! James went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He came over when we checked in and gave us a walkthrough of the house and showed us how to use the pool controls, etc. He was available during our entire stay to answer any questions we had and address concerns (we had some loud neighbors and James immediately addressed the issue). Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Ready to book for next year!

This was our 3rd year staying in one of the Jacob's houses. The first one in this particular house. This is our new favorite spot. We absolutely loved everything about the house and the location. The house has everything you will ever need and plenty more! The pool and outdoor area is PERFECT! Many houses claim easy beach access, which will prove to be a bit of a hike, but not this one. The beach access is literally right across the street and an easy walk! As always these folks were so easy to work with and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Scott was amazingly helpful and always so quick to respond with any need that came up. We are ready to book this same house for next year and we just got back yesterday! Thanks again for this perfect vacation spot!

This house has everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Great location, amenities, kitchen, pool and Scott. Scott is a great host, full of knowledge and very helpful. The elevator is a life saver. Highly recommend.

Fun venue for multigenerational group

Our group consisted of my husband, a 10-year-old, and my 80 year-old parents. The house was a great choice for us; the putting green and the toasty-warm pool were wonderful amenities (even my parents partook in the pool). Kitchen is well-stocked and spacious (note that only salt and pepper are provided, but there are several grocery stores nearby; I would recommend the Publix). The Jacobs were very accommodating and Scott, the property manager, is a gem.

Had a really great stay, the house listing was everything it said it was. Really enjoyed the wide open house, plenty of room for everyone, very well stocked with everything we needed. The biggest hit of all was the heated pool, outdoor tv and jacuzzi with it being in the 30s at night. Short walk to Cherry Grove Pier and Beach. Walking distance to all the necessary stores. Loved the place!

Beautiful home in Myrtle Beach

Absolutely gorgeous pool and play-living area around it! Large area in the pool about a foot deep for toddlers and younger kids! Plenty of beach and pool toys for kids! This house has a fully furnished kitchen with 2 refrigerators and dishwashers and almost any countertop appliance you can think of! It's a minute from the beach and 2 minutes from a fishing pier! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within minutes by car. Hosts responded quickly and were great and Scott the property manager was the best! See for yourself!!

Beautiful

The place was amazing and beautiful! The kids all loved the pool, us grown ups enjoyed the hottub in the late evenings with watching a favorite movie. The night life at the house was fantastic. I’ll miss that. And it’s so close to the beach 1 minute walk. I also loved that they accommodate for children. All the same stuff plus the little house for kids. Not many places do that. And Scott was so generous and Was very quick to help us. We will definitely be back!
