Hop on the Lakeline Metro Train into town for our famous local music scene. Lake Travis is just minutes away and if the Texas heat is too much, then head to Kalahari Resort for an indoor water park and fun for all! Enjoy a game of pool in our large game room, and movies and sports on our big screen TV's. There are board games available to enjoy inside and corn hole out back in the yard.
The space
Sit back and put your feet up in our 5 bedroom, 2 bath home. Our bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Conveniently located in the middle of Cedar Park (North Austin). Large and playful backyard with gas grill and corn hole to enjoy some relaxing moments outside. Our neighborhood less than 3 miles to Hwy 183 and Lakeline Mall. Metro Rail Station located 3.3 miles for an easy ride to Austin events. Only 5 miles to Lake Travis. Less than 8 miles to Lake Travis Zip Lines, Volente Beach Water Park, and the famous Oasis Restaurant, known for its stunning sunsets. HEB Cedar Park Center, home to the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League, the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League and the Austin Acoustic of the Legends Football League, which also holds National Concerts and Performers is a close 4 miles. 14 miles up the road you will find Kalahari Resorts where you can enjoy the indoor water park or perhaps take in a baseball game at the Dell Diamond and check out our Round Rock Express team! Costco, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Sam's Club, Total Wine, Dos Salsa's, Chuy's and many other shops and restaurants are close and conveniently located. Elizabeth Milburn Park is .5 miles with baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts, playscape, pool, nature trails, and much more. Take the Austin Steam Train into Burnet, or a drive out to the hill country for a day at the wineries.

Our spacious, open floor plan has hardwood flooring, and Travertine tile in kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and enormous island for gathering while cooking. Also we have a coffee bar stocked and ready for when you wake to enjoy! You will find our family room cozy with fireplace, reclining sofas, 55" TV with surround sound, ROKU streaming direct TV, Netflix, Amazon, and high speed internet for your entertainment. Master Suite has a very comfortable King Size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, bathroom with shower, large jetted garden tub, and dual vanities. There is an attached bedroom / office to the master suite with a day bed that can be used as two twin beds or put together to create another king size bed and backyard access. the 3rd Bedroom is at the front of the house has a queen size bed and built in book shelves and desk. 4th bedroom has a queen size bed, 5th bedroom you will find two comfortable twin size captains beds with pillow top mattresses. The game room is located upon entry with a full size pool table, poker table, dart board, big screen TV and sound system. Hall bathroom has tub/shower/double vanity.
