During your stay in this spacious 2800 sq ft luxury ocean view home, you’ll feel the stress melt away as you have full access to all resident amenities. Enjoy the gorgeous private beach with its own playground, restrooms, picnic tables, fire pits and beach volleyball courts. The community also has a pool and spa with locker rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a large grassy park with basketball and a playground, its own fire department and many fun summer camps for kids and activities for adults such as concerts in the park.
On 4th of July, a private fireworks barge comes into the bay for residents and guests to enjoy a spectacular private show!
Owner provides use of a golf cart to use within the neighborhood and allows guests to enjoy beach front parking. Proof of insurance and signed waiver required.
This 3 bed/2.5 bath air-conditioned home has a brand new elevator for transporting luggage and groceries up to the house, or people who prefer not to use stairs. Spectacular ocean views and beautifully furnished indoor/outdoor living spaces await you from most rooms. Tucked away on a quiet low traffic street with easy parking, relaxation and fun come easy. Cozy up around the fire table on the front deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun setting over Catalina Island. The back patio also has a wood burning fireplace and comfortable seating – perfect for roasting s’mores and enjoying friends and family. The living room also has a fireplace and two comfy couches – a relaxing place to enjoy the ocean view and a fire on a chilly evening.
The three bedrooms include a primary with cal king bed and beautiful ensuite bath with oversized walk in shower, one cal king bedroom that opens onto the back patio, and one queen bedroom with built-in desk perfect for at home work or school.
The chef in the group will enjoy cooking with an ocean view in this top of the line fully equipped open concept kitchen that overlooks the family room and breakfast table.
Ocean views can be enjoyed from the front deck, master bedroom, both living spaces, the dining area and the kitchen.

Special Notes:
The HOA in this neighborhood requires that each guest fills out a rental application and provides a $500 fee and $2000 deposit directly to the association 2 weeks prior to arrival. This is separate and in addition to the home rental costs and deposit.
We welcome families and kids, but the home has not been child proofed and is more suitable to older children. We will provide a pack n play or highchair upon request.
The home is one level but requires a flight of stairs to reach the front entrance. The driveway is steep, we recommend street parking in front of the house. This home is not appropriate for people with limited mobility or trouble safely navigating stairs.
Golf cart use requires additional forms filled out and proof of insurance – inquire for more information.
Due to the private, serene nature of the community and the 24/7 security patrol, this home is most suitable for quieter groups and has a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise that bothers neighbors. Large parties or events are not allowed in the home.
