House was perfect. Not a single issue. Chairs, beach towels, skim boards and other beach stuff all in the garage which was great. Perfect spot to stay in Laguna to walk everywhere.

Amazing Property

House and furnishings even more beautiful than pictured on VRBO. This property came with all tye amenities for the beach and for cooking family meals. The two decks were great hang out spots for watching and listening to the ocean. The location was amazing. We were no more than a half mile from anything we wanted to do in Laguna and much closer than that for most activities. We will definitely rent this property again soon.

Amazing Stay

This property was wonderful. It couldn’t have been in a better location for wanting the downtown vibe of Laguna. We could walk everywhere. The house is also so close to the beach. We would do a morning plunge everyday that was one of the best parts of the trip. The house was absolutely lovely as well. It was comfortable, well stocked, and very well maintained. The views and the comfort really took this place to the next level. Communication with the host was easy and helpful as well.

Lovely property and wonderful host

The house is just as it represented, no surprises. The views are amazing, the furnishings are in good condition and quite comfortable, the house is well equipped, and the location is very convenient. Communication with the host was prompt and she was very accommodating. We only used the master suite and the bed in there was very comfortable. Do keep in mind that the house is on 3 levels and there are 2 flights of stairs. If you have mobility issues that might be challenging. There is an entry at the ground level from the garage and at the top level from the street. The bedrooms are on the middle level, so you cannot avoid stairs to access the bedrooms. That was not an issue for us, but it might be an important factor for others. We would not hesitate to recommend renting this home, and would be happy to rent it again if we are in the area.

Beautiful beach house, more of a party house

Pros: This house is beautiful and has a great setup for a group of friends. It is very close to downtown laguna so you can walk to places and can walk to the beach. Cons: It is really loud at night. Motorcycles driving down s coast hwy late into the night. Lots of people partying late at night, it was too loud for the kids to sleep. Also, the place is not very clean. Albeit you are close to the beach but the floors were sticky and the kitchen was also not the cleanest, I don’t think they mop the floor. I had to clean the floors in a certain area when I arrived and the drapes looking out to the ocean view were not functioning. I expected more for a place on this level. However, the host was great and very communicative but I had to take away a star for the cleanliness and noise.

Excellent House and Excellent Location

There is nothing more I can say about this property other than it is AMAZING. The house is everything you see online and the location is incredible. After a busy weekend in LA, Laguna Beach was exactly what the doctor ordered. Given the location of the house, we parked our car and spent the next eight days roaming PCH, downtown Laguna, shops and restaurants off PCH and of course the beaches. Walking out the front door for coffee or a meal was possibly the best part. What a great experience. I was in contact with the property manager during my stay and she was super responsive and incredibly accommodating. She had all the answers and then some. No matter what I asked, Briana had the answer. Thank you for being my unofficial vacation Liaison. We have two college students and plan to make a family trip to Laguna this summer and this house is tops on the list. As a matter of fact, I reached out to the property manager before I left to inquire about our possible future reservation. I have nothing but great things to say about the property and the property manager. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a great house in a great location.
