This two-bedroom two-bath home is steps away from the ocean in the quiet community of Sunny Beach, but just minutes from the Island's best attractions including Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, and more!


Take in the wonderful sights and soothing sounds of the Gulf right outside your doorstep. 


You'll love the large private deck with its relaxing views of the beach. Listen to the waves as you sip on your morning coffee or favorite glass of wine. Here, you can put your mind at ease.


The beach is less than a minute's walk away. You can easily walk to the beach thanks to the community path that takes you right to it.


Inside the home, take a load off in the lovely living room with a big comfy couch. Watch your show or catch the big game on the large cable TV.


The open-concept space flows right into the adorable dining area.


The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of counter space. It also includes a bread holder, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, knife set, cutting boards, dishwasher, and large sink.


The 2 bedrooms are extremely comfortable and ever-so-charming, both with queen beds and lovable decor that matches the nostalgic style found throughout the home. The comfy living room couch pulls out to a very comfortable full bed.


When its time to get cleaned up, you'll have plenty of space in the two roomy bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a shower / tub combination and the 2nd bathroom has a floor to ceiling shower.
