Your next beach escapade awaits at this gorgeous, two-story home minutes away from the beach! This family-friendly home offers two levels full of comfort, great amenities, and two balconies (one for each level). The main living space can be found on the first level, which offers a convenient and bright open floor plan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen offers plenty of space to move around plus incredible appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher, microwave, and even a Keurig coffee maker. Nothing but comfort awaits in the living room, which offers two comfortable sofas right in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV. If you thought you'd miss your favorite Netflix series while on vacay, you can totally catch up and watch them here! This level also features a furnished balcony, a half bathroom, and a spacious six-person dining table.

The upper level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway. Both bedrooms have access to separate balconies and two en-suite full bathrooms. There is an outdoor dining area on the ground-level patio as well as an outdoor shower.

Overall, our experience was very good... If I could give it a 4.5 out of 5 I would. This property is walking distance (recommend a wagon to haul bear gear) from a quality beach that is great for the family. A couple of notes:- Logistically, this house was great for our family of 4 as the kids (younger) had their own room with bunks (and bathroom) that was close to the master where us parents slept. The base level had an adequate kitchen with a good living area and dining area. Efficient layout.- Previous reviews mentioned issues with the upstairs being hot and A/C not keeping up. We stayed in August (very hot time of year) and we did not have issues with that as the AC kept up fine. Only caveat is that the Google-Nest thermostat is not intuitive to operate - use the literal right side of the stat to "touch-swipe" and change the setpoint in the house. The "low-batteries" message is something you can ignore as it states that sometimes even with fresh AAA batteries. This could have been proactively communicated so we weren't struggling upon arrival, but the host did react quickly when we messaged about this issue. - The house cleanliness upon arrival was "pretty good". It could have been a little better but I have candidly (unfortunately) come to expect that was house rentals generally. We would stay again and really enjoyed our time here.

Room to breathe, room to relax!

This was our first time booking with Vrbo. I’ve always been a hotel girlie for our family of four, but with the kids getting older, we needed a little more space. This home delivered in every way. Vacasa took great care of us from start to finish. The house was spotless, perfectly stocked, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. It completely changed the way I think about vacation accommodations. They have officially set the bar. It’s going to be hard to go back to a hotel after this.

memorial day wacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house — the space and amenities were great, and we had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which was a big plus. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The floor on the second level was very dusty, and there was a strange smell on the first floor. That said, the linens and bathrooms were clean, and we truly appreciate that. One thing to note: it was extremely hot in the upstairs bedrooms — over 79°F during our stay. It seems like the AC may be struggling to keep up with the size of the house.

Beach House - Not cool

Had many problems with the house. House code to get in didn’t work. Anything with a battery did not work including the Ac thermostat. After numerous calls and a technician the AC again turned itself to 80 degrees in the middle of the night. The technician said he thought the owners had it on vacant and that’s why it kept going back to 80 degrees. The dishwasher did not work, most of the electrical outlets did not work. The right side of the sink where there was a garbage disposal did not work and was clogged. There was a bad smell in the hallway upstairs by the washer dryer. Vacasa sent me a lot of automated texts reassuring me, but really nothing was taken care of to fix anything. The AC again turned off last night, even though the technician said he would notify the owners.

Ac keep readjusting to 80 degrees. Even after calling the main office, even after having maintenance out - who said the owners must have it on vacant mode. The worst was waiting up sweating at 3a.m. Most of the outlets did not work. The garbage disposal was blocked. Every battery operated devices(tv controller, etc) batteries were dead, including the thermostat. Who brings batteries on vacation? There was considerable road noise also. Not the vacation my husband and i expected with our grandchildren.

Perfect!

It was a perfect place for my family, kids enjoyed it throughly and we were able to stay a extra night. Place was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of towels and supplies. Lots of extra pillows, fast internet and full kitchen accessories made our stay enjoyable and worry free.

Started Great then went down hill

Communication leading up toour trip and about check in was great. We did have some difficulty with the getting the lock open after entering our code. The dead bolt just turned and turned. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting, it obviously had not been looked at in a while. The house temp was pretty warm upon arriving, after searching for the thermostat we finally located it. The house never really cooled down but was tolerable, we assumed it was due to the heat and the unit was having a hard time keeping up because of the size of the house. However when we came back on day 3 the temp inside the house was 89 degrees. The management company was not easy to get ahold of and when I finally did talk to someone I was told they could cancel my reservation for the remainder of my trip, but we would have to vacate to property immediately and figure something out or we could just tough it out. It is very frustrating to spend that much money and be far from home and have to deal with rude people.

Nice getaway condo at Sunny Beach

This was a great place to stay for me and my family. A couple of things I'd like to address for future guests at your property. The Keurig coffee maker was nice but for a family of 5, a regular coffee maker would be more convenient. I realize there's not much space for a night stand in the smaller bedroom but that would make a difference for some. FYI, there's a nail head poking out at the middle landing of the stair case outside. Just needs a few wacks with a hammer. Overall, this was a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We'll be back!

Nice Location - place smells

Had a horrible smell the entire time. Like stale or old lady. The a/c didn’t work. Came out & fixed it the 2nd night. All the vents are black. Cob webbs every where. No Roku remote for the upstairs bedroom, had to download an app to get a working remote. The location is great and check in was easy, but would not stay here again

Pros: The house is beautifully decorated, the shampoos and soaps that were provided were not cheap, there were clean beach towels and I do like how they had dishes and laundry detergent! Cons: The floors were so dirty, the master bedroom mattress was VERY uncomfortable (so bad that none of my kids would swap beds with us), the master closet smelled like mothballs, the fridge didn't stay cold, it was a further walk to the beach than expected (especially when carrying stuff for kids), the wagon they had on the property was rusted and broken, and the house next door is a rental property as well. Two of the three days there, the people renting the house next door were wasted and screaming vulgar things from noon to 3AM. At 5AM on the last day there (after the obnoxious people left), the fire alarm started chirping for new batteries. Needless to say, none of the stores were open and we didn't have the batteries on hand. The fire alarm was wired to the ceiling too, so we decided to pack up all three kids and just leave... No sleep for us. The property manager is not available to speak to either. You get to speak to VRBO instead and they let the manager know, who may or may not do something about it. I don't think we will be returning to this specific property, but we will try to go back to the beach yearly for our family vacation.

Nice, but needs a little attention

This property was nice, but there where some areas that needed improvement. The first and foremost item was that it smells like sewer the entire time we were there. I think the vent jacks were not secured properly allowing the Septic to permeate the entire house. I did not want to call about this because I didn't want to be bothered with some maintenance person coming by. We were only there two nights. Also, one set of stairs may be ok, but this had two set of stairs to lug luggage, and everything up and down. It was tedious cumbersome and a pain in the butt for my 75 year old father. The property was nice, but I would not chose this property again.

Relaxing much needed getaway

The property was great, just as advertised. Clean, quiet, spacious, great access to the beach (4 blocks walk). The beach directly in front of the neighborhood is private, although flanked by public beaches, no driving allowed on this beach so it provides nice access that isn't too crowded. The only issues I had were that there was not adequate hot water. I called multiple times and they assured me a plumber was coming, but no one ever fixed the problem. There was enough hot water for about a 5 minute hot shower and then the water quickly became lukewarm. A family would not have enough hot water for multiple showers. Also, there was no internet connection to the upstairs television in the master bedroom. I called about this also, but it was never resolved during my three week stay. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. The property was very nice and comfortable and provided for my needs aside from the hot water issue.
