Das Haus verfügt im komplett neu gestalteten Erdgeschoss über eine offene grosse, vollausgestattete Küche mit Insel, Zugang zur rückseitigen Terrasse mit elektrischem Grill und Sitzecke, perfekt für das erfrischende Frühstück.
Geräumiges, sehr helles Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich für 8 Personen und gemütlichem Kamin.
Auf dieser Ebene finden Sie zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit Klimaanlage und en-Suite Badezimmer, sowie ein weiteres Bad, jeweils sehr modern und in 2021 komplett neu aktualisiert!

Die Aussentreppe führt zur separaten Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und geräumiger Wohnküche mit komfortabler Schlafcouch. Grosszügige Terrassen, teilweise überdacht - geniessen Sie entspannt die tolle Aussicht bei einen Aperitif.

Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss öffnet zum schicken überdachten Aussensitzbereich am eigenen beleuchteten Pool (ca. 7*4m). Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ebenfalls ein moderner, luxuriöser Essbereich für 8 Personen. Der Gasgrill mit Paella Pfanne lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein.

Der schöne Garten umfasst Rasenfläche und tolle Bepflanzung, von wunderschönen mallorquinischen Palmen zu Kaktusbeeten.

Unser Ferienhaus ist geräumig, hell und gemütlich im entspannten Strandhaus -Stil. Die Austtattung ist komplett mit z.b. WIFI, Fernseher, Apple_TV, Bluetooth Lautsprecher, Grill usw.

Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar, ein Auto werden Sie nicht brauchen! Egal ob Meeresbucht vor dem Haus oder wunderschöne Sandstrandbucht kaum 200 Schritte entfernt mit sehr schöner Strandbar. Viele Restaurants/ Bars/ Eisdielen, Supermarkt usw. in familienfreundlicher Atmosphäre sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Der stilvolle Marina Cala d'Or mit vielen Restaurants ist gerade einmal 8-10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt, von dort es geht es nahtlos weiter zum Ortszentrum mit weiteren unzählbaren Lokalen.
Eine Touristenbahn führt fast vom Haus über den Marina zum Ort, sollten Sie den Spaziergang meiden wollen.

Mit dem Auto sind Sie in kaum 5 Minuten im wunderschönen Fischerdörfchen Porto Petro mit einer Reihe ausgefallener Lokale.
Unzählige Strände, schöne Dörfer wie z.B Santanyi als auch Golfplätze erreicht man in kaum 15 Minuten.

Highly recommend this beautiful property!

We visited as a family (with two 18- and 20-year-old boys and a 20-year-old girl), and it was perfect for us. The separate apartment above the main property provided a wonderful bit of privacy—ideal for families with older children, but it would also be fantastic for those with younger kids.The house and apartment are both equipped to a very high standard and were spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the detailed information sent prior to our stay was incredibly helpful.We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property. It was exactly as it is in the pictures, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a home from home. The pool was perfect for a hot week in June (36), with a lovely patio area for al fresco dining. It’s a short walk into Cala Egos, approximately 5 minutes, and a short drive into Cala D’Or which has a large variety of bar’s, restaurants & shops. I cannot recommend this property enough, peaceful, modern, clean and all you could want to have a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Perfect villa for holiday with our friends

The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Checking in was very well organised and communication with the owners throughout the whole booking process was very prompt and helpful

Fabulous Villa

We loved our stay from start to finish. Beautiful villa, pool and garden. It was so relaxing. Really well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, air conditioning, and great bathrooms. Gorgeous villa in easy reach of restaurants and beach.

Wonderful property and in great location. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Lynn the property manager greeted us with thoughtful food and refreshments for a late arrival. Would definitely recommend the property and short walk to the cove to watch the sunrise is a must.

A very nice house, great location, very good facilities and extremely individually and lovingly furnished. The beautiful, well-kept garden and pool invite you to relax with plenty of seating. The property is ideally situated in a quiet area, but close to the town, marina and beaches. The property amenities were superb, some of the best that we have ever encountered. Keeley was on hand to answer any queries in a friendly and helpful way.

Amazing villa

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. The villa is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. The views from the villa pool are amazing and we spent hours looking out to sea. We all enjoyed spending time in the pool as well as relaxing beside it. The villa is in a perfect location 5 minutes walk to Cala Egos or a 25 minute walk to the Marina. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We can’t wait to book again

Just Perfect

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed at this lovely Villa for a week and it was just perfect. Quiet location but just a very short walk( 5mins) to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach also within a short distance. Decor and furnishings made it feel like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens in a Villa we have stayed in. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean with lovely fluffy towels. The pool area with an undercover seating area was the perfect base for chilling in the sun. The pool was cleaned a couple of times we were there and it was a lovely temp. We didn’t use the barbecue as there were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from with our favourites in the Porto Petro Marina.

Wonderful holiday!

We recently stayed for a week in Villa Cala Roca and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic, in a quiet area but minutes from shops, bars restaurants and the little train stop. The grandchildren loved the train and we used it to visit the marina although it was only a pleasant 10/15 minute walk. The villa was a home from home with every amenity you would need. The owners have thought of everything. We mostly ate out and restaurants we visited were Tenis Rocamarina, Nevada, Western steakhouse. They were really lovely but our favourite was at the entrance to the marina, Churchill's. Booking is recommended. We also ate at Beatriz restaurant at the marina. I would definitely recommend staying in Cala D'OR at Villa Cala Roca. Thank you to Keeley and the manager Lynne for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic Holiday

The villa is in a fantastic location. A short walk to a rocky beach and a sandy beach with a bar. Local shops are good for provisions and the all important floaty chairs for the pool! The pool was bigger than we thought and the villa and apartment above are very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Lynn was lovely and very quick to respond. She was waiting for us when we arrived (very late!) and provided a great welcome pack. It's a 20 min walk to the near side of the marina. Taxis are readily available and about €7 from Cala D'Or centre. Thoroughly recommended. We would love to go back one day. Thank you.

Fabulous Villa

Just brilliant from start to finish. Communication with Keeley pre holiday was super easy and all information sent over regarding the villa and local area was really useful. We wanted a relaxing holiday soaking up the sun and the villa was perfect for us. Apart from being spacious, everywhere is tastefully designed and loads of handy additions made our stay even more pleasurable. The outdoor space gives plenty of different options to sit, eat, sunbathe with a fabulous garden. Lots to do outside of the villa, loved the nearest port, Calad’Or and Porto Petro for dinner, especially Norai. Also recommend the market at Santanyi on a Wednesday. We loved not having to rush to the supermarket when we arrived as all the the essential items such as milk, water etc were waiting for us as Lynn showed us around. Thanks so much for letting us use this beautiful and well appointed home, we would highly recommend to all.

Amazing

What can I say, this villa is just amazing and can highly recommend. Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a week and loved every minute, a true home from home with everything you could possibly need. We were celebrating big birthdays and Keeley had a bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us to help us celebrate. Brilliant communication with Keeley from start to finish and nothing was a problem. Pool was cleaned every 2 days and gardens beautifully maintained. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the upstairs apartment and this was sorted as soon as Keeley was made aware, engineers on site the next day. Brilliant location, beach and town centre less than 5 minutes from back door. No complaints and can’t wait to go back. Loved it!!
