Tillery Branch is a private custom home, located on a private mountain estate, at the top of the elevated knoll, affording simply stunning viewsheds. It is VERY easy to access the home, via only paved roads and close to downtown Marshall. The home affords year-round access, does NOT require 4-wheel drive, and is NOT off any steep rural mountain roads; easily accessible to downtown Asheville. The home is situated on 24 acres of mountain property, affording private, safe places for kids to play & explore, adults to take a hike, and everyone to relax & enjoy the unreal views.

Events are allowed for up to 150 guests. Separate Event Fees apply based on headcount and are assessed outside of normal rental costs.
