The Space:

Morning light filters through wide windows as you ease into the day with coffee and coastal air, knowing the beach is just a short walk away. Time unfolds easily here - drifting between open living spaces, shaded balconies, and afternoons cooled by a swim before gathering again in the evening for games, conversation, or quiet moments outdoors.



Designed across three floors, this Crystal Beach home offers a comfortable rhythm for large groups traveling together. An elevator connects every level, making movement throughout the home simple and accessible, while multiple living areas let everyone find their own pace without crowding shared spaces.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 16+ guests across eight bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for both privacy and flexibility. Seven king suites are each paired with their own bathroom, offering quiet retreats after long beach days. A dedicated bunk bedroom features two queen-over-queen bunks, ideal for kids, teens, or additional families traveling together.



Indoor living spaces

Three separate living rooms provide room to gather, relax, or break into smaller groups throughout the day. A dedicated game room with arcade games and a large smart TV creates a natural hub for friendly competition. Dedicated workspace areas and reliable wifi support remote work or school when needed.



Kitchen & dining

The main kitchen anchors the home with ample space for shared meals and casual cooking. Each floor also includes its own wet bar with a mini fridge and coffee setup, making it easy to grab a drink or start the morning without heading downstairs. Indoor dining areas are well suited for group meals, board games, or planning the next day’s outings.



Outdoor living

Outdoor spaces invite you to slow down and spend time outside throughout the day. The private outdoor pool includes seasonal heating available by request from October through May. A fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor seating, patio, balconies, and a backyard lawn offer flexible settings for relaxed mornings and mellow evenings.



Beach days & getting around

Beach access is a short walk away, with a 6-passenger golf cart included for easy trips to nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants within about a mile. Beach essentials are provided for simple, stress-free days by the water, and bikes are available for casual neighborhood rides. Free parking on premises makes arrivals and departures easy.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
