Relaxing and Quiet

The host took extra care in providing a clean and well supplied rental. Cold water bottles waiting in the refrigerator and a well equipped kitchen for 2 guest. The location and amenities are as pictured and described. Host was very welcoming and provided immediate attention to any questions we had. Good accommodations.

This is a fairly common property for Florida. The home was obviously newly updated, very nicely, not overdone. We are the type to require basics, and this was above that. Absolutely immaculate, and the locking gate was an added bonus as we were traveling in a new(to us) car. The host responded very quickly if we texted. Highly recommended for good, clean, basic accommodations.

Fishing Trip Vacation

This home was in the perfect place for the type of fishing trip we had planned. The landlord was very accommodating to all requests. Having a private gated home to stay in was exactly what I needed. We were even given a hose and a place to wash our boat and truck. This is a nice place for a couple to stay. It is setup for two guests. I will stay here again on my next fishing trip. Thank you!

We are Ivan and Tere, both 59 years old. Originally from Puerto Rico, we moved to Florida in 2014. We are sociable, down-to-earth individuals who love the beach and traveling. You might find us often in the backyard area of the house, and we're more than happy to share that space with guests if they wish. So, now that you know a bit about us, if you consider yourselves good, respectful, and friendly people, we extend an invitation to our space in central Florida.

Somos Iván y Tere, ambos de 59 años. Nacimos en Puerto Rico y nos mudamos a Florida en 2014. Somos personas sociables y sencillas, amantes de la playa y los viajes. Regularmente estamos en la zona trasera de la casa y es posible compartir con los huéspedes si lo desean. Bueno, ahora que conocen parte de nosotros y si se consideran buenas personas, respetuosas y amigables, les invitamos a nuestro espacio en el centro de Florida.

Rentamos una casa móvil para su estancia. Adjunto a ella está nuestro apartamento privado, separado por una puerta corredera, similar a una habitación de hotel conectada. Obviamente, está cerrado por ambos lados por seguridad y privacidad. Será un placer tenerlos como huéspedes si son personas buenas y respetuosas.
