Compass Point 404 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located on 4th floor directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon from living room and primary bedroom which has a King bed. There is one full bath with custom tiled shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Sleeps 4. This property is pet friendly: No aggressive breed dogs | 40 lb maximum weight limit. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee is required on all pet friendly reservations. Sleeps 4.

Compass Point is a 9 story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from the Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon side outdoor pool with lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

It had a wonderful view, from all windows, of the Little Lagoon. Magnificent sun sets, nice pools and access to walking trails. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was nicely done and very comfortable.

It was quiet and peaceful in this location but close to the main road. Within walking distance to beach access which was convenient. All the kitchen amenities needed to cook. Loved that the condo is on the corner giving two separate outside spaces and 2 different views of the water. Would definitely stay again. The only downsides were the parking lot was not well lit however it still felt safe and 1 of the elevators was not working so the wait time for the other elevator was longer than expected due to the volume of people there. Great communication from the host.

The property was very clean convenient to everything. Loved being on the water (Little Lagoon). Beautiful view of the lagoon and the pool. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Walk or park across from the beach. The property was very quiet and relaxing. Perfect for older couples. We were allowed to actually stay and extra day for a discounted price. Communication was excellent with the property management. The only downside was that one of the elevators (closest to our room) was down the whole week. One of the staff members said it had been down for 2 months. Fortunately, there were two elevators. It was a mild inconvenience but did not impact our trip. I would recommend Compass Point if you like staying on the water.

Under Construction

The property is under major construction and the indoor pool was not functioning at all. Other then that you can't beat the view from the balcony. You see the whole lagoon side, the fishing pier, and you can see the gulf from there as well. Air conditioning works fantastic and the whole condo was very clean and spacious. Fyi, the bed is extremely comfortable too so be ready for a good nights rest after you Gulf Shores adventures. I will definitely be staying here in the future and can't wait to see what the exterior property looks like when its not under heavy construction.

We've never experienced this type of situation mentioned in the revew. We always recommend calling 911 if you have an emergency. When guests call after hours, they will reach an answering service who does not know the area here. Guests have not had issues finding this property using the address we provide. Relaxing

Wonderful, relaxing location! The view was awesome with a nice breeze coming off the lagoon. The deck does hold lots of water when it rains. Had to sweep it off frequently for safety. The condo unit was not as clean as advertised. Baseboards were very dirty and so were the doors to the pantry. I would have appreciated a heads up on the limited supplies provided. We had to purchase more toilet paper immediately as we had less than a roll. Limited trash bags as well. Loved the pool area. It was well cared for and clean. Would recommend the Compass Point to others.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Compass Point 404 is by far the most favorite place I have ever stayed at Gulf Shores, and believe me I’ve been to a lot of places there the only negative thing that I have to say about Compass Point is the cooking stove in the kitchen. It’s still the old wire eyes and only one of them works if they would just replace that then there would be nothing wrong. I love their wraparound porch the view the furniture everything is just the top and I love staying there and trust me we will be

The room was very clean when we went there. The host was nice and respectful, and the pool was very clean and maintained. The only complaint I would have about this trip is that the elevators were not working for the first and last day we were there. Other then that, my significant other and I had a very amazing trip.

Amazing room with the most gorgeous view of the bay and the gulf! The space was spotless, you can tell it was recently renovated. We had everything we needed for our vacation during our stay.

Great location with great views. Condo was well-equipped. The pool area was nice. The tile floor needs to be cleaned better between renters. We had to clean it ourselves because the soles of our feet were getting filthy.
