Communication was very good. Driveway is dirt and gravel and due to the warm weather it was muddy in spots. Both our 4 wheel drive vehicles did fine. Many updates to kitchen and well stocked. The cabin is a little dated but clean. Beds were great. Nice big eating table and comfortable living room furniture. A coat of paint on the walls would brighten up the place and replacing the shag carpeting with wood flooring would make a big improvement. Didn’t like that the cellar didn’t have a door on the main floor but it looks like there was a wood or coal stove in the basement at one time and probably heated the whole place so that would explain the open staircase. We were very comfortable with the forced hot air. Bathrooms recently upgraded and plenty of hot water.

We’ve stayed at this house twice now, and everything was absolutely perfect both times. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was responsive and made the whole process easy from start to finish. We loved it so much we came back, and we would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

The host was extremely welcoming and made sure personally everything was perfect for us. We had a big family of 13 of us and had plenty of room to spread out and more beds than needed. We went to Blue Mountain ski resort and LOVED it. We will be back to stay again. Highly recommend this cabin. Added bonus the view of the slopes at night were beautiful!

Our family had a perfectly lovely time! Our hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful. The property was well-equipped with everything that we needed and more, including a well-stocked kitchen. The views from this ideally located property were amazing, and you can even see Blue Mountain Ski Resort in the distance. We went hiking, skiing, sledding, and horseback riding nearby, and were happy to be able to return to this comfortable, cozy property each day. Thanks for a fantastic time! An excellent 5-star stay!

Driving up to the property we couldnt believe how beautiful! Great mountain views, secluded and beautiful cornfields. There were plenty of sleeping arrangements throughout the home. 4 bedrooms on the second floor with a master suite on the bottom. Enough bathrooms for our family of 12. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking. The fire pit was huge & spacious for all of us. The gameroom in the basement was a fun addition. My younger boys enjoyed the arcade games. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. You can even catch the sunset! We plan on booking here again next year!

The place was beautiful. Remote and full of scenery. And abundance of wildlife was everywhere. From a bear, to deer. The home itself well kept and easily accommodated 12 people. The home is very nicely set up for large groups and is very close to Blue mountain ski resort if someone is interested in that. We go back there again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming, convenient Vrbo rental, just a 15-minute drive from Blue Mountain Resort in PA. It was the perfect getaway! The location couldn’t have been better – not only was it close to the resort, but the surrounding area provided a quiet, peaceful retreat, making it the best of both worlds for relaxation and adventure.The home itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly well-equipped. It felt like a cozy home away from home, with comfortable furniture, modern amenities, and a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking meals a breeze. We especially appreciated the well-appointed bedrooms and the large living area, which was great for family downtime after a day of skiing.One of the best parts of the stay was the proximity to Blue Mountain Resort. We spent the day skiing, and it was so convenient to be able to easily head back to the rental for a hot meal and to unwind without a long drive.The host was extremely responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and being available for any questions we had. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the little touches, like extra blankets and games, made our time even more enjoyable.
