The three Tanger Outlets, with 115 brand named stores are approximately 1.5 miles, and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is in historic Lewes.. And that's just the tip of the iceberg in this captivating small town community with a variety of downtown shopping, famous local pizza to 5-star dining, famous breweries, a great bike riding trail and exploration opportunities from Lower slower Delaware to Cape May New Jersey and the Eastern Shore of MD and less than three hours driving distance from Washington DC.

NEARBY: The SILVER LAKE TOT LOT, one of several community playgrounds and picnic areas, is approximately 250' from the property on the scenic shores of historic Silver Lake. Designed for young children and families. It features swings, slides & climbing structures and open space for your pet to roam, on a leash, of course. The park includes picnic tables & benches for relaxation. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts are a just a short walk from the Silver Lake Tot Lot over Turtle Bridge. This is the perfect place to walk your pet, although they are not allowed in the playground area. Food & beverages are permitted in and around the picnic pavilion. Kids are welcome to enjoy some much needed playtime! Adults are welcome to wish they had that much energy again!
THINGS TO KNOW: No keys to worry about - We use a easy, eletronic pad KEYLESS system with a personal Access Code re-programmed for each guest check-in and entire stay. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home. EV charger is available for a $30.00 fee.
Guest owned, four-legged DOG(s) only friends, are permitted for a FEE: $395.00 - per DOG. Up to Two (2) dogs under, 30 lbs and 24â tall. Pets must be fully house-broken, (sorry this means NO Puppies), Hypoallergenic, Non-shedding, Flea and tick protected, Rabies immunized and well bathed and groomed and fee payment made, before occupancy is permitted. No other dogs than specified on lease and agreement and no visiting pets are permitted. Violation could result in immediate eviction, without any refund. Guest are fully responsible for the aminal(s), as to damage and liability and Owners are held harmleess for any incident.
MUST DO: A Photo of dog(s), and documentation or certificates of vaccine must be presented to your Rental Agent or ReMax representative prior to occupancy and before a fully executed Rental Agreement & Pet Addendums is considered. Licenses & tags must be current.
LINENS: Linens are not included; however, a rental package is available to guests from a local vendor. Rental or your own arraignments should be made for: (1) King set; (1) Queen set (1) and (2) Twin beds plus, if needed (2) under twin beds Trundles.
CLEANING FEE: Is $235 per stay. Although available cleaning time is tight during the summer season, our crew still takes pride in making things sparkle! Housecleaners are on a tight schedule; however, they make every effort, in a very short timeframe, to ensure the dwelling is clean & sanitized prior to guest occupancy. Please take this into consideration during your stay, for check-in and departure for both housekeeping and the next arriving guests. There's nothing like a freshly cleaned house to start off your vacation on a bright and clean note!
