Upon entrance you'll be greeted with the cozy living area equipped with plenty of furniture to lounge on and a large TV perfect for movie nights. The open concept throughout allows the living area, dining area, and kitchen to be adjacent to each other so there's no missing out on conversation. The dining area allows for great views, but dine out on the lanai and feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves go back and forth for the best experience. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard space you'll ever need, and a breakfast bar that seats three. Inside the main bedroom you'll find a comfortable bed, a wall-mounted TV for private viewing, and beautiful en-suite bathroom that boasts a roomy tub and shower to wash the sand off at the end of the day.

Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Additional documentation and advance notification (within 24 hours of booking) is required by the HOA for Service Animals. Please see the confirmation email for details

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
