Fully updated and immaculate in and out, this split plan, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in the sought-after Whitfield area and is perfect for a family vacation! Some of the upgrades include a newer roof, plumbing, kitchen, attic insulation, water heater, and so much more! It's elegant but with a homey feel to it and allows for a lot of outdoor enjoyment as well. The backyard is beautifully fenced for play, BBQ, family activities, and unlimited potential.

Inside, find a large family room in addition to a living room that seamlessly leads you to a large, screened-in lanai with partial views of the pond. The kitchen, located adjacent to the living area, boasts all new stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker, and kids' plates, forks, spoons, bowls, and cups. The second and third bedrooms are at the opposite end of the home than the main bedroom, which has a vanity area and its own en suite bathroom. There is a yoga mat, workout bands, and 10lb weights in the garage for anyone that wants to work out!

This darling home away from home offers a prime location close to Anna Marie Island, Siesta Key, the Museum District, Sarasota Airport, minutes to Ringling Museum, beaches, great restaurants, and other amenities this neighborhood offers.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
